I can't imagine any bike shop in Denver that can equal the customer service of Trek store HR. The tech guys are super knowledgeable and are professional and friendly. They always go the extra distance. Big shout out to Cam!

Very very knowledgeable people, who genuinely seem passionate about this hobby and do NOT have any stigma of the different disciplines. Aka my technician was a road bike guy but we still nerded out on my MTB. Prices are very market competitive, and their initial inspection was accurate. Be ready for car maintenance level finances though!

Kirsten was very patient and answered every question my wife had the shop was able to get the bike set up in less than 30 min. We went to another local bike shop looking for a bike and they said there was not a bike on the market that my wife was looking for but Kirsten was able to find the perfect bike for my wife.
