They took the time to give me thoughtful advice on everything from jerseys to shoes, helping me make informed choices without ever feeling rushed or upsold. I had a pair of shoes delivered in a specific color, but once they arrived, I started second-guessing the fit. I went back to the store, and they were more than happy to let me try on other sizes to confirm I had the right one. That kind of above-and-beyond customer service is rare these days, and it really stood out. What I love most is that they’re right in the neighborhood—super convenient, and it feels great to support a local shop that truly cares. They helped me get fully kitted up for my big cycling tour in Tuscany, Italy, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their support and expertise. Bonus shoutout: I also had a downhill wheel built for my MTB there earlier this spring, and it’s been rock solid through everything I’ve thrown at it.
