The person who assisted me was very helpful. He took his time to explain the differences between the products and also share personal experience of using them.
He listened and understood my needs and helped me make decisions. Thank you!
The staff is top notch… they are always willing to spend time and teach me things about why bike. They have instrumental in helping me on my exercise journey for the last 3 years, helping me fix my bike after a crash… getting it replaced after the frame broke and tweaking it to make it the best for my ride.
Very responsive. They helped get a new rim under warranty from Trek company and get me out the door. They also explained all my questions in a professional manner.
Fast and reliable turnaround for bike servicing. Most bike gear, tools, and essentials can be easily found in store. Friendly staff that are knowledgeable about bicycles.
I went to Trek HR to get some stans for my wife's tires and found out these gentleman are incredably hospitable. They were ALL nice and not that fake sugary nice. They came across as liking their job and liking them selves. No attitude of you're not a real biker if you're not doing 150 miles a week. I then went back to have my brakes bled on an old Yeti. They under promised and OVER delivered. I picked my bike up early and was on the trails with a happy face
Pleasant and knowledgeable staff for the most part (a couple of clueless people, but they are obviously clueless, so they must be there for a reason other than customer service).
I do not have a Trek bike....yet! But, I have brought in my Scott Spark and I always seem to get Ryan as my technician, which has been great. He's helpful, knowledgeable, and explains things to me so I understand. I have had great service, and I will continue to go there in the future. Who knows? I just may be in the market for a Trek bike in a couple more years.
Service was fast. They do not over sell services and only recommend what the bike truely needs. I went to a competitor for an estimate of work and received a laundry list of things that “needed” to be done including replacing “worn out tires” that had less than 200 miles on them 🙄. The associates at Trek Highlands Ranch were honest and accurate on the bike’s needs. I trust their advice and that they never try to oversell bike services.
Alex helped me and was uber professional and knowledgeable. He was able to assist me with a bike seat and also help with the install of that seat. He and the other staff members were friendly and it made for a great shopping experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending this bike shop to others.
I was in the weird predicament to be able to compare two Trek stores, Highlands Ranch and Boulder. What we experienced from Highlands Ranch is the level of service I expect when paying $3k for bicycle. Alex was friendly and knowledgeable when my husband picked up his bike, and ensure the bike was adjusted properly and all features and accessories were explained. Contrasted to my experience in Boulder which had me bringing my bike to Highlands Ranch for Service. Boulder has since reached out and corrected the issue.
When I brought my bike in for service, my concerns were heard, then an explanation offered, and then promptly addressed. Navigating Douglas County as a gay man and a gay couple isn’t always easy, but I felt safe going into the Highlands Ranch store as my true self.
Anywho, thank you for getting my bike repaired and getting me back on the road. While going to a bike shop isn’t on my top ten list of enjoyable activities, I look forward to continuing to do business at this location.
