New e-bike, great rebate, great peeps.... until the first (hour) ride out...bam... I get a FLAT! Took it back, and they were awesome, Cam especially! Cam went the extra mile to fix it and got me on the road again. Everyone at the Highlands Ranch Trek bike shop is awesome! Just like they said, e-bikes are "fun" (especially after they fixed my flat). They were very helpful, informative and took the time to go through all the details with my new bike. Matty and the staff are great - super friendly and knowledgeable. The difference in bike shops is the staff - often shops are similar in price and inventory, though what sets them apart are the staff who share in the passion and knowledge, excited to talk about bikes and who themselves use the products they sell. The Highlands Ranch Trek is outstanding in these respects - excellent shop that offers a nice selection of products, backed by great staff.
