Trek Highlands Ranch has the most remarkable customer service and quality of products of any bicycle store in all of Colorado. We have purchased 2x Trek bicycles and one Wahoo Trainer set and have been treated extremely well by both sales and service over the past 2.5 years. Super impressive people that are genuinely committed to the highest level of customer engagement, service, and satisfaction of any establishment I’ve encountered in 2.5 yrs. I always believed the tone of an organization is set by the leadership and the store manager, Matty, is “that person”. He’s a unique and remarkable leader.

Out of all bicycles I've tried in the past it seems trek fits the best and the best quality out there. My bro recently got a trek mountain bike and he loves it as well The service dept at trek is always awesome!

Great employees! My wife and I bought a pair of Trek Rails here last year and after a super year of riding them we brought them in for a little service and the annual check up. They did a great job on them and had them ready for us the next morning. Just finished a long ride on them today and they felt brand new!
