Had an accident on my electric bike.
The shop was willing to assess the damage very quickly.
Their report said virtually nothing was wrong, apart from some minor blemishes.
When I offered to pay for the report they flatly refused to accept payment and they also stored my bike for 2 weeks whilst I recovered from my injuries.
These guys are absolute legends and guess where my next major service is going to happen ?
I urgently needed an small and unusual item (a spoke magnet for an emtb). A search showed only one available within a reasonable travel range, at the Hoppers Crossing Trek store. The very helpful staff member at Hoppers Crossing (Tom) was able to locate the item in no time, and I was back in the saddle the same day. Thanks!
Amazing staff, Tom and the mechanics, everyone is just friendly and passionate about cycling. They genuinely give the best customer experience. I defiinitely made the right decision in getting a Trek bike and having it serviced at Trek Hoppers Crossing.
Tom was great, attentive and accommodating. He didn't push the particular bike I was looking at, because it clearly wasn't right for me. I really appreciate that attitude, so I'll be going back in the days ahead to find one that works for me.
