Employees were top notch and I plan to bring the bikes here to service them here on out. This location is different than the other locations. We went to the Wesleyan location on two different occasions and was not able to get an employee to come chat with us about our needs. Granted folks are busy and we are not the only customers in the store, a simple heads up would have been nice. However, at Memorial location, I was greeted immediately and we were able to talk about our needs and helped pin down two bikes that we ultimately purchased.
Mostly your service. I think the person helping was named Alex. Very nice and knowledgeable, my two favorite characteristics about a sales person. He not only made a sale, he captured a customer. Well done.
I came to your shop to buy a bike rack. Dillon was extremely helpful and spend a lot of time helping explain to me how the Nuat NV Base 2.0 car rack works. He installed it onto my car hitch and made sure I knew how to work it. I really appreciate his great service.
The staff was really helpful finding a bike that fit my needs and then installing the accessories on the bike. They are so friendly and "can do." It's a pleasure to work with them.
I'm 49 years old. Had 2 trek bikes. Loved them. This is now my second trek for my son (now 13). I like the $100 'trade up' discount program for growing kids...that's pretty awesome.
Also, the people running, managing, staffing your trek location at Wirt & I-10 Freeway in Houston, TX are the best I've ever seen. I only see them a couple times a year, but they're best of the best in my opinion.
