Had a simple tire swap. Bike Tech listened to my needs & suggested kevlar lined tires, in stock. Installed for like $20 ish. Extra gratis services provided demonstrating pride in work, technical skill & desire to provide a value add for customers. Oh, & i didnt know this was MS150 weekend & he was Slammed! Work completed early & with a smile! Thanks guys!

The staff are helpful, efficient, and honest. The gentleman who did ms150inspections on my two bikes was more thorough than locations I’ve used before, even offering up guidance on the areas to pay attention to closer to the ride and beyond. While my inspections were being completed, I was also assisted my a sales associate named Dylan. He was more than happy to answer my many questions, taking the time to carefully educate me (in terms I could understand) on various components and the pros/cons of each in an effort to help me make decisions that suited my rider level and goals. As a result of Dylan taking this extra time, I confidently left with a new set of carbon wheels, lights, shoes and some other small items, despite only coming in for inspections. :)

I would not take my bike anywhere else for service. Gustavo, Nathan and the crew at Trek Memorial are awesome! If you want honest, competent, efficient service you cannot do better. Whether you are buying a bike, related items, or you need professional assistance/help/service, you will find none better!
