Cynthia did a great job in doing a bike fit for me! She explained everything she did as it was happening and was attentive to my questions. This was the first bike fitting I've ever had so I had a lot of questions but she happily answered all of them. She found several things I didn't know about my body: my left leg is longer than my right leg, and I have a high arch which was causing a rocking motion left to right. She completely fixed that motion by installing an arch support in my cycling shoes. She is truly an expert and I highly recommend her.

I am loyal to Trek as a brand. Although after picking up my bikes on 7.3.2025 and 7.5.2025. I have to take them back as ther services purchased were not completed. The bikes were not washed and cleaned per Level 2 service. So far only the Trek has been ridden and the wheels were not serviced as there is significant worble on both the front and rear. I contacted Trek West U on Sunday 7.6.2025 for resolution and I was advised to return them for follow up.

Staff is very straight forward and friendly, and Tito provides the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. It’s really refreshing. This is definitely my go to store!
