The entire Trek team is top-notch! Mark helped me get a bike perfect for me and my goals, and I dont know where to start with Cynthia Stewart. She was absolutely incredible and then some. I did a fitting with her and was completely shocked by the amount of care and attention to detail she put into every little thing. I cannot stress it enough how impressed I was by the service the whole Trek West University team put in. They are truly a top-notch group of individuals, and I am hoping the Trek store in Austin is similar. Through the process of purchasing my bike and getting it fitted, I now fully understand why my Dad is a die-hard Trek man, and this team is his go-to for everything!!

I have been going to this Weslayan Houston Trek shop for 15 years, because they are extremely professional in their bike knowledge and repair. Specifically, I've gone 3 times to be get fitted to my road and gravel bikes: Cynthia Stewart is wonderful. Getting fit to a bike is so important, and Cynthia is certified and has fitted me perfectly. I'm so grateful to have her help me with posture and fit.
