After visiting three other Houston bike shops, including a major one, none were able to diagnose a troubling noise coming from my bike. Trek was able to resolve the issue within two minutes of my arrival. Tito immediately identified the problem and provided excellent service. I also decided to update a few components on my 2013 bike, and Elias was extremely knowledgeable in helping me select the best modern replacements. Their customer service and attention to detail are truly exceptional, as another team member even noticed me struggling in the parking lot and kindly helped me load my bike into my car. I highly recommend Trek for both purchases and repairs. Thank you, Tito and Elias, for your outstanding service.
