Love them folks here. They have a great cycling culture about them, and it would've been awesome to see what they could accomplish to re-build the community that used to surround this shop.

The people at your hurst store are the reason I bought my bike and my son’s bike. But the way you are handling the closing of the store and not working to find the employees places to continue working just blows my mind. I only know this because when the store closing was posted I asked them if they would be transferred and they did not have an answer. Now my other issue is that the store closing is the one that was most convenient for my purchases but would have tried to continue doing business with the employees if they were being transferred to nearby locations but without that I cannot promise that I will continue to purchase trek bikes for myself or my family.

The guys at this shop are the absolute best & I'm devastated that it's closing! I'm in there at least monthly to look around or get service, or recently to have my new Checkpoint built! I understand that the rent is prob expensive for the massive building & since it's discounted product it may be hard to afford that space, but this is a devastating loss for our little local cycling community. Building my bike there has been an excellent experience & I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Their technician Junior is awesome. He came in on an off day to make a few adjustments on my bike I purchased there. It wasn't expected, but very much appreciative of their focus on customer service.

Professional, high integrity, quality work. I appreciated being given information about what needed to be done and the cost involved before the work was done. My bike is excellent now and I'm enjoying riding it. I'm not a serious rider, but I enjoy having my bike for workouts and for transportation as necessary

I am new to biking. Went to the Hurst store to buy a decent, yet not too expensive bike. Their staff listened and recommended what I think is the perfect bike for my budget. Plus, they helped me pick necessary accessories to get started.
