Excellent staff. Extremely customer centric. Worked with Junior. He was just awesome like always. Really took care of everything in an efficient, professional, and a friendly manner. Really like the Hurst location. Just keep it up and we shall keep coming back. Other people we worked with were Nikki, Charlie and another younger gentleman, forgot that name. The whole place is just awesome and friendly. Kids love coming here as the whole staff is friendly and always smiling. Thank you’ll, especially Junior :)

Great experience! I had an idea of what I was looking for and this was my first bike purchase since my 1990’s Trek 820. The team at Trek walked me through my choices, helped me get sized correctly, made sure I took my new bike for a ride and I would be ready to roll once I got home. They also helped me pick out a new helmet, made sure it fit. Great place!
