I have been there twice. Once for clips for shoes,and this last Saturday with a wheel sprocket changeover issue that required a special tool that I did not have. They treated me with the utmost kindness and took me right in and while I went and had lunch that cost me more than the repair 30 min or so later walked in and it was done and he was outside helping someone else with an issue. Me being a business owner can appreciate superior customer service and this was some of the best. Renews my faith as I am bombarded with lack of customer service everywhere.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. They helped me find what I needed, went beyond to search other bicycles I was curious about for the future, and they helped with changing out my bike seat before I left. I'll definitely be going back to this location in the future.

The Bontrager commute fluid saddle I purchased has been a game changer. Way better than the other bike seat I had. I'm enjoying riding a lot better. Demi was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Spent time with us on three separate visits explaining service and our bike values. They performed service on both of our bikes with great results and fair pricing. The service tech walked us through the repair and even took extra time to Lube a fit a couple weeks later when we were riding by the shop. They treat you like neighbors/friends as if you bought bikes from them. One stop bike shop. Thank you
