I travel full time across the United States and needed brake pads for my Lectric Ebike, Trek Bike had the exact replacement pads I needed. I could've purchased these parts online however, I prefer to support local brick and mortar businesses wherever I am staying.

Great experience with our bike rental! Very easy online reservation process. The bikes were clean and in great condition for our ride and the all the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Trek Bicycle Inverness for a great bike rental experience!

David Boomer the service manager turned a really bad day into an extremely great experience. My Catrike 559 was having issues. I brought it in expecting it to be down for at least the rest of the week. Cool thing #1. Mr. Boomer took a look at it as soon as I got there. He found the problem. Cool thing #2. Mr. Boomer offered me a loaner trike while mine was in the shop Cool thing #3. Mr. Boomer called me just a few hours later and had gotten my trike all fixed up. Coolest thing #4. The problem I had was just a nut that was worn through so Mr. Boomer put it on for free/No Charge!!! Now how cool is that!!! I'm a "Trekkie" for life now. No need to go anywhere else!! Thanks Mr. Boomer and Trek Bikes!!
