This Trek store is amazing!! I came in to ride the Withlacoochee trail and stopped in to check them out. Every person I spoke to was amazing. They were so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Thay also had great products and were very well stocked with some truely amazing bikes, accessories and clothing. They even checked out my bike and cleaned my chain and adjusted my rear durailure. If you are looking for a bike shop that will treat you right, stop in there and say hello the these wonderful people. You won’t be disappointed. Thankyou for being great.

For my experience, i see it as your products were the wherefore by which i received your wonderful services. If it was not for your bicycle shop, that you offer to the community of Inverness, i would have had no way to get my bicycles assembled, and in as ideal condition, as what Trek Bicycle of Inverness did for me. The work, parts, organization, management, and quality craftsmanship all smoothly combined and coalesced to create my beautiful, finished bicycles. And that is somewhat priceless {for one who has a passion for and loves riding bicycles as i do}. So really, for me, it is not so much 'what do i like about your products and services?' as it is 'how grateful am i of your products and services?'.. And to that,.. the answer is: *immensely*.

Dropped my bike off with a broken spoke, while it was there I had them do a level 2 cleaning , replace the chain and cassette. Received a call the next day that it was ready! I have purchased a bike and had multiple services done at Inverness Trek and each time it has been a great experience.

I was quite satisfied with the work and price of the work done on my bike. It looked brand new when I picked it up. They did such a great job of cleaning it up making it look shiny and new. Bike works much better and smoother than it did before. Very nice people to talk to and they gave extra tips/information. Would definitely recommend them to service your bike/Trek needs.
