The lovely folks at Trek went above and beyond and out of this world to help this clueless mom make the right choices for her kids when it came to a short list of seemingly simple requirements for bikes. They helped talk through what I needed, what they had, the fact that they could customize almost anything on-site and all while making me feel not so clueless after all. I got drawn in with the kids’ bike trade-in program, and will stay for the incredible team that has helped our family learn to love biking since 2022. Thanks Trek!

I don’t have a lot of say about the products because i just bought something and haven’t used it yet, but the service is great. Wes is very knowledgeable about everything and is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend Trek.
