Friendly, competent, valued, service. The assessment of my repair requirement was thorough and accurate. Plus, an explanation of future repairs to expect regarding bearings and wheel condition was much appreciated. Their maintenance schedule was modified to accommodate my need. The store is neat and well stocked with a variety of bikes. My bike seat is no longer available, but they offerred to help find a substitute. Their offer to unload and load my bike for me was a nice thoughtful touch for an 82 year old. Traffic is insane, but parking near the store is available. Keep us biking!

I liked the atmosphere of the shop. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They tended to my needs with servicing my bike and getting it done same day. Expectation was set for longer and they did in a shorter time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very much appreciated a willingness to work with me and only do the absolutely necessary repairs rather than a full tune. Several delays in getting the work done due to staff shortages, but well worth the wait. Great job!

We went to pick up an order that we had shipped to the Issaquah store and ended up purchasing an extra bell for my son's bicycle. It was a particularly memorable experience because the store was quite busy (Juneteenth) and there were only two employees in the front. Both were extremely friendly and kind trying their best to multi-task. Special shoutout to the person who was busy attaching a water bottle/or bell on another kid's bike but was kind enough to pay attention to us and walk us through some options to connect the bottle cage on my son's 24 inch. Overall nice folks and quite happy with the visit.

excellent product Service.. bad customer service to not allow appointments, makes it very hard and inconvenient. Pls be more careful when completing service calls; bike came back with mirror loose, bell disconnected and new device too loose to work.
