Trek Sammaish (and Redmond) is one of the rare bike shop where I've never felt like the crew was snooty. Likely because I do most of my own maintenance and they're never trying to upsell me, just helping me get what I need or answering my questions. I always feel welcome, the service crew is warm and inviting, the work is good, and pricing and turn times are consistently reasonable. Another reason I enjoy owning a Trek.

Purchased a FX+1 one year ago, it has been great. Just prior to 1 year tune up, it would not turn on, online results showed limited similar circumstances. The issaquah shop swapped a new battery, all warranty, provided a tune up, replaced a recalled part, and it is riding like brand new. Thank you!

I took my road bike in to get tuned up and also bought an FX Sport bike. Everyone that helped me from showing me bikes, determining what service to get done on my current road bike and picking up both bikes, was very friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered, and they made sure I was comfortable with both bikes before leaving.
