excellent product Service.. bad customer service to not allow appointments, makes it very hard and inconvenient. Pls be more careful when completing service calls; bike came back with mirror loose, bell disconnected and new device too loose to work.

Brought my daughter's bike in for new tires and brakes and had a great experience! Turn around was quick, work was done well, and the shop was clean and welcoming. I really appreciate that our basic mountain bike was treated as an equal amongst the fancier electric bikes.
