I have been on Trek for .... decades. 30 year pedal maniac. Every once in a while my bicycle needs professional attention. The Trek team at Jacksonville Beach Trek has just completed an adjustment to my new assist bicycle 🚲. Got my first flat tire 😔 (back), and the chain was skipping on the back side. Once again, they...he...did a fantastic job. Trek, in my opinion, has the very best products, and service technicians. Alex

We had not purchased bikes in about 30 years so we really did not know what we were looking for. A neighbor recommended Trek Bicycles Jacksonville Beach. James welcomed us and was so extremely patient to answer all of our questions. He has a wealth of knowledge about bikes and we felt very comfortable with his recommendations. He was extremely thorough and steered us to exactly the right bikes for us. James' enthusiasm for biking is contagious. We tried out our bikes as soon as we got them home and are looking forward to enjoying them for years to come. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else for any of our bicycle needs. We're looking forward to recommending Trek Jax Beach to all of our friends. Thank you!

Store personnel is there to meet needs known and unknown. I was just buying bike clip-in shoes but mentioned I was training for my first triathlon. They listened and asked probing questions about my bike workouts and offered helpful suggestions about bike devices, attachments that would help build my confidence. I left, yes, with a pace mechanism for one, but mostly just feeling grateful.
