I had a great experience with Trek! Easy to order online with a great website where you can compare different bikes easily. Then, it was shipped to my local Trek store for free, assembled for free, and when I went to pick up my bike the guys there were awesome! They installed a kickstand and water bottle holder for me and were very nice. Great experience overall!

I ending up buying a new bike for my 8 year old son on our first visit to TREK. Mark Adkins did a superb job in helping us find the right bike that fits my son perfectly! Mark adjusted everything for Charlie, put on a kickstand, suited him with a helmet and let him try it out.....was very patient, understanding and helpful. He told us about the bike buyback program and how they could help with repairs, upgrades, etc.. Charlie was as happy as I have ever seen him! Thank for Everything Mark!!!! I have been on Trek for .... decades. 30 year pedal maniac. Every once in a while my bicycle needs professional attention. The Trek team at Jacksonville Beach Trek has just completed an adjustment to my new assist bicycle 🚲. Got my first flat tire 😔 (back), and the chain was skipping on the back side. Once again, they...he...did a fantastic job. Trek, in my opinion, has the very best products, and service technicians. Alex
