These guys are welcoming, friendly, and don’t do more than is necessary (for bike service.) I drive past Johnson City Bike Shop to bring my bikes here.

The folks at Johnson City Trek are very knowledgeable about the products and services they have in the shop. Also very willing to take the time and explain things....at times when asked to make recommendations and the why of them. It's one of my favorite places to visit when I have time.

The team is the most knowledgeable in the area. But beyond just knowing cool stuff about bikes, they are helpful. This store is by far the best LBS in the area. Andrew is killing it also as the new store manager.
