Brought my old Fuel ex7 in for some love. Hadn't ridden in about 10 years. They took good care and replaced shifters,breaks, chains, and cleaned her up real nice. Feels like a new bike again! Thank you so much. Very glad to have a Trek shop here in JC.

Andrew was extremely helpful, honest and generous with his time in providing advice, service, and suggestions. He advised me on which bike to buy and why, which accessories are useful, and put everything together for me. He customized the bike adjustments to my body so my riding days will hopefully be extended. I am two years from eighty so each small nuance and adjustment is important to my enjoyment and safety. Andrew and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and aimed to support my happiness and bike riding success. Andrew is an extremely rare and special person in the bike sales and service industry. He is the BEST!

The Trek Store of Johnson City is very much a customer based store. They greet you as you enter the store and ask how they may help you.. They will take the time and answer any questions and explain the bike you're interested in. They offer many opportunities at sale products to enhance your biking experience. They never pressure you about buying a bike from them...just informative. They know it's a big decision so it's a very positive experience. It's one of the places I love to visit to see what's new and I do buy from them. Thank you Trek of Johnson City.
