Trek Bicycle Johnson City is operated by knowledgeable and kind staff. They are always willing to go above and beyond, whether it’s maintenance on my electric bicycle or ordering a new part, like pedals. These guys are the best. Highly recommend to anyone looking to cycle in the Tri-Cities. Connor has helped me for nearly a year, and I have had a wonderful experience each time. 10/10 recommend.

I always enjoy visiting the Johnson City Trek store. The staff is friendly, helpful and always willing to answer questions. They do have good sales at times. There are times that I don't buy something. Not a problem. I do like to check out the new bikes and gear from time to time.

Trek is an iconic brand that lives up to its reputation. I have a Fuel EX and a Rail ebike and both have served me well. The staff is courageous and very knowledgeable. I love that our JC Trek shop is involved in the community and especially youth cycling. Their support of NICA is strong and ongoing. With a new enthusiastic GM they are poised to carry on the tradition of being the best bike shop in the Tri-Cities and surrounding area. Kind regards, David

I brought my bike in at 10 am Thursday. Connor took great care of me.He finished up with a customer. He told me to leave my bike, he'd fix my flat and call/text within the hour. He texted 30 minutes later. I was able to get a short ride in that day. My bike rode well. Thanks Connor

Trek produces a high-caliber bike that is reliable and visually appealing. That said, a quality shop and service are indispensable to a bike owner. Whenever I have a question or need, I contact or visit the shop for swift and professional service. Conner, Jill, and David are, to put it succinctly, exceptional and outperform all others, regardless of brand or service. They consistently demonstrate a commitment to accommodation and thoroughness.
