I am all about Trek Bicycle in Johnson City! There was a small issue that I brought to their attention, and instead of just “making it right,” they went far above and beyond in a way that truly meant something to me. I’ve always been impressed with their knowledge—these folks really know bikes and bike stuff! But what stood out this time was their kindness and genuine care. That kind of customer service feels rare these days, and it made a lasting impression on me. I’m incredibly grateful to have a shop like this in our community, helping people get outside, ride, and enjoy life a little more. Highly, highly recommend!
