Matt is always very welcoming and knowledgeable, a pleasure going into the store. Sometimes when I’m up in Joondalup I’ll pop in to chat about bikes as an enthusiast even when I’m not looking for anything in particular!

Very helpful and dedicated team. I am very unhappy with my first ride on my top fuel though as the sram GX asx derailed is glitching and not responding. I have repaired shifter and derailer a few times and this does not solve the issue. This appears a common problem when I looked at YouTube and google. Great frame and suspension- absolutely dissatisfied with the derailer - I want a mechanical version instead

Bikes are very reliable.Mechanics very knowlegeble @ helpful as is the general staff.Eventhough sales staff are busy they still find time to listen from customers experiences @ every customer is treated like an A grade rider no matter there disiplne.Cannot say enough about the staff at TREK JOONDALUP .All good things,keep up the good work.thanks.
