Your bikes are bullet proof. They ride well and are awesome for any bike sport people are interested in. I have up graded my bike to a peddle assist. As someone that does not need one this stage of my life. ( well I thought I didn’t). It has made my rides so much more relaxing knowing that the power is there when I choose to use it.. Matt from Joondalup was the one that took the time to explain the pros of purchasing it. Best move I ever made was to follow is opinion. The store servicing is above average and just growing. (Some of your team are lagging behind his service skills.) trek the company should look into excepting the gift cards that Woolworths and Cole’s sell that earn points for plane fares.. as 99 bikes do. That way customers can spend more at their favourite store instead of having to visit the opposition. Cheers

After having a very average experience with 99 bikes we went to Trek Joondalup. The staff were extremely friendly, funny and helpful. Very knowledgeable and just great with my children. Hat off to all your staff great bunch of people! Thank you! From the Swedes!
