My son's fuel Ex was in for a service. The store staff were great at keeping me informed of what was going on and getting the job done promptly including some extra we work we requested on the bike. Staff were also friendly and very helpful, nothing was a bother for them.

Scanning the internet for a road rain jacket. Rapha jacket available at the Trek store, and on special so I reserved it until I could drop in later that week. Staff helpful and I bought the jacket.

We have experienced service from Alan in Kawana for over 10vyears, we followed him to this store. He was fabulous. As is Jake, welcoming and approachable.

The team at Trek Kawana are very kind and generous with their time, and provide genuine support to their customers. Jake knows his customers by name and will say g'day out on the trails. My only wish is that they'd offer some Sunday trading hours to make it easier to get into the store during opening hours.
