The team at Trek Kawana are very kind and generous with their time, and provide genuine support to their customers. Jake knows his customers by name and will say g'day out on the trails. My only wish is that they'd offer some Sunday trading hours to make it easier to get into the store during opening hours.

Loved the one-on-one retail experience. Even though my Kick stand leans my bike over more than my riding skills. The store clerk went above and beyond getting me kitted up to hit the trails slowly and safely. Showed me all the top line gear I could want and got me shredding with all the gear and no idea :) HAPPY CUSTMER WWILL RETURN
