I believe the product sells itself. But the service is what made all the difference. I walked in knowing very little and Jen (?), answered all my questions and was able to guide me through the transaction. She totally rocked it!

We are very happy with the service and support that we get from the crew at Trek Kennewick. They are all very generous with their time and sharing their experience, on top of doing a great job. They converted one of our e-bikes to gravel ready, and got us set up with tubeless tire, which we love. Jen, Scott and Bruce, thank you.

Amazing service, they went above and beyond to fix my bike and were always so friendly. My brakes weren’t working and I had brought my bike back twice so they finally said they would replace the entire brakes at no cost. They explained everything and I would recommend them to anyone

Super helpful when I destroyed my wheel. They found me a new one, gave me a discounted price, pit my new cassette in it and let it take up space in their shop for a month while I was out of town.

Customer Seevice is excellent. They explain everthing we should know before we leave store. We ask for Jennifer and she is alway there to help with open arms.
