Thanks for the great service on both bikes! We really appreciated how easy the whole process was — from dropping them off to picking them up, everything was smooth and straightforward. The service was wonderful. Scott was thorough, friendly and attentive. We bought two bikes and unfortunately, on our first ride, one of the bikes had no power- throttle and pedal assist we non functioning. Trek was very responsive on the phone, encouraging us to take to a local shop, get the bike diagnosed and they would cover any costs incurred. Waiting another day for the results.

I mostly dealt with Scott, he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and when they made a mistake when the warehouse sent it to another warehouse instead of to the Kennewick store he was right on it with calls to get it out of there and to the store where it was supposed to go. Because he acted so quickly, it only postponed my picking it up a few days. Scott knew the answers to the many questions I had and if he didn't he said he would find out and did. When removing parts to put the bike together one of the fenders were bent and he immediately ordered a replacement to make it perfect for me (no cost to me of course). I will need to go back in a week or so, so they can put on the new fender, but that will give them to do the normal bike check after having it and using it for a while. Perfect!!! When I picked up the bike I didn't see Scott at first, so Jen helped me and she was wonderful, helpful, and attentive. Scott was again lovely and placed a mirror I picked out onto my bike. Jen put a bracket on some saddelebags I picked out as well.

I haven’t started using the product yet, however Jen was stellar. Super helpful and patient. Should be trying out my bike shoes this week.

Always excellent service. Had an axle problem. Jen recommended I bring my bike in too so they could ensure there wasn't a problem with the bike too. Replaced the axle on warranty as they could not find any reason for the break. Best bike shop in town.

I love dealing locally with this shop...they are personable and go beyond to provide good service....I bought my Trek e-bike 5 years ago and feel everyone in the shop treat you like family!!
