The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Both Jen and Scott went above and beyond to help us explore bike options for my wife and get my bike tuned same-day so I wouldn’t have to make another second trip to the Tri-Cities from Walla Walla to pick up my bike. I’ve been to this shop a few times now and will continue doing business with them because of the staff and the quality of work they put into their services.
