Great service. At the present time I don't have a Trek bike, but the Kennewick shop takes super care of my bike. They are very helpful and have great products. The staff is very helpful and makes me want them as my bike shop. Highly recommend Trek. I do have a new Trek Domane+ SLR 7 on order and can't wait to ride it!

The customer service speaks for itself Great environment and employees to be around never feel like I’m just being sold something or talked to, its great people talking bikes, needs, and wants they give amazing advice and recommendations always have a full show room to show you any route you could possibly go for your bike needs. I very much appreciate a bike store with a knowledgeable staff that doesn’t make a woman feel out of place when coming to look at bikes. That has not been my experience everywhere I’ve shopped and I value it when I find it. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been welcoming, friendly, and informative without being pushy or trying to force a high pressure sale. Would highly recommend!
