All of the staff at the Kennewick Trek store are knowledgeable, super-friendly, and always able to help figure things out if I have a question about my bikes including non-trek bikes. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a bike, or cycling related gear, accessories, parts, etc.

Scott and crew went above, and considerably beyond, to find the bike I needed. They found it in Wenatchee and offered to bring it to the Kennewick Trek shop. They spent several hours helping me understand the new world of e-bikes and electronic shifting vs traditional rim brakes and mechanical shifting. Thanks friends!!

Scott Brewer took my bike in last minute and re-taped my wheel. I had a downhill tire and a cusu core on the wheel and he dismounted both, took my old tape off, and re-taped the wheel for me. He did this in 30 minutes right before the shop was supposed to close. He also installed a new hanger for me to help me get back on the road with almost no notice. I can’t recommend Trek bikes Kennewick more.
