I brought in a new Cannondale for service, after the suspension started acting up. Wasn't sure how a Trek shop would handle servicing another brand. The guys at the shop quickly determined it was a defect covered under the warranty, and handled the entire process withour charging for the tuneup I initially though I was looking at. I'll definitely be going back to support this business. Thank you!

Very helpful in picking the appropriate bike for a young kid (11 years old). Included minor adjustments to bike such as shortening the width of the handle bars. No pressure. Very easy-going. We had expected to visit a few bike stores in order to find an appropriate bike at a reasonable price. The Trek La Mesa store was our first, and ultimately our last, stop as we found everything we needed/wanted at a very reasonable price.

Very dependable service whenever I have needed work done on my bikes. Sales people are very helpful and never pushy. I moved a little further away from the Trek store in La Mesa, but am happy to drive the extra miles for friendly, reliable service and help.

Shopping at Trek La Mesa is an enjoyable experience. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Repairs are completed quickly and efficiently. If they don’t have the part you need they will order it and contact you when it arrives. They work on many types of bikes produced by many different manufacturers.

Very impressed with the quality of service and affordable price offered by Trek for my annual bike maintenance! Jim was terrific in walking me through what maintenance I needed and why.. he even showed me things to look for and where I did not need to pay for additional maintenance to save me costs. Trek App was easy to use to track when maintenance would be done and when to come pick up my bike! Overall, very positive experience! I will continue to use Trek as my "go to" cycling needs provider!

The technicians do great work, but what I appreciate the most is their kindness and willingness to answer any questions without judgment. Everybody is really nice at the La Mesa location. Every year I tell myself it's the year I'm gonna get a new bike, but they do such a great making my 10+ year old Domane feel like new that I talk myself out of a new one!
