Can’t recommend Trek La Mesa enough. Super friendly and down to earth people. Came in to purchase my very first bike and it was an extremely smooth process. Special shoutout to Leon and Connor. They are extremely knowledgeable and always be happy to answer any questions that you have.

Trek is a brand that many feel that they are taking over the small shops. That said I still picked Trek due to their innovative ideas.

The bike tech gave me what I felt were good recommendations of maintenance to take care of my bike for many years to come. He explained everything thoroughly and made me confident in his recommendations which was key because I know nothing about bikes except for how to ride one. He also helped explain why my kid’s bike seat wasn’t working correctly and had another associate size and recommend a new bike. Also, I love that there are coloring books for kids to keep them occupied. Great experience at this store and everyone we encountered were knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything although my new marlin 5 gen 3 has an issue. The forward spoke makes the chain pop off whenever it goes past 7th gear. :p
