Evan was incredible...top notch and an excellent representation of a quality employee! I made an on-line appointment for 9.am on 05/13/2026 only to show up at 9.00 and discover that the store hours are 11-6...i saw an employee opening the door to get in and i asked him why the mixup...he stated that the site is troublesome but if i could give him a few minutes to get the alarm off he would take my bike and i could get on my way! He did just that, agreed that service level 1 was good, i could use tires so i added them to the ticket...left and received a text at 3.00 saying the bike was done! Outstanding service, turned a ticked off customer to a loyal Trek patron... Everett Ruiz

staff was extremely helpful with an online order I stopped by to pick up. There was an issue with the company that handles the online ordering process, but they took care of it and I was able to pick up my item, plus a couple more things.

We went to 2 TREK stores on the hunt for a specific size bike and both locations had very helpful and informative staff. Sofia at TREK in Bonita really gave us insight on a couple model bikes but unfortunately didn't have the size and or color bike we were somewhat after. We decided to go to TREK in La Mesa and Mikey was again very helpful/informative and we pulled the trigger on a brand new Marlin+ 8 in a really cool purple color. We are happy with our purchase and highly recommend TREK and their staff.
