Just got my carbon 9.7 fuel ex gen 6 back after needing the chain stay and derailleur replaced. It came back perfect. While the part was on order they provided a loaner bike that was a perfect match to my bike. The service is top notch and prices are worth paying for what you get in return. Trek always honors there warranties and has treated me fairly from day 1.

Everyone in the shop is top tier quality Extremely helpful and knowledgeable My family and I have been to so many bike shops over the years, from Brooklyn to manhattan All over the 5 boroughs Trek in lake grove blows them all out the water , From customer service, to product availability and by far the cleanest shop. John is amazing. Every time I visit I leave with a smile on my face and more knowledge about my bike and/or cycling in general. Emily was also super friendly and helpful. I wasn’t helped by Trevor this particular visit but when he’s working he’s also incredible. I’m grateful for all of their time spent with me.
