John is amazing. Every time I visit I leave with a smile on my face and more knowledge about my bike and/or cycling in general. Emily was also super friendly and helpful. I wasn’t helped by Trevor this particular visit but when he’s working he’s also incredible. I’m grateful for all of their time spent with me.

I’ve gotten 4 bikes from the Lake Grove,NY location and always had a great experience. Never pressured to buy and when ever an issue with a bike it’s always been taken care of quickly.

Bikes are great, they hold up very well. We love the trade-in program as we have 2 daughters that grow out of their bicycles every couple of years. While we were buying our younger daughter a bike this year, the staff at the store made a couple of adjustments to my older daughter's Trek (bought 1 year ago) at no charge. We appreciate the sales and service staff in the Lake Grove store.

I like the team at the Lake Grove store - they seem honest , straightforward and patient with customers. They appear to enjoy their job- that transfers well to the buying experience. Sales and Service members - all great. I just recommend a friend who has a six year old Cervelo S3 to go to this location- he didn’t realize they service all bikes. He bought a bunch of lights and a service package to get a little TLC for his ride. He texted me and stated he couldn’t believe how nice everyone was at the store.

Emily and John went way out of their way to hook me up with the bike I wanted, at the price I wanted, and personally traveled to go pick it up when the shop in PA spent 3 weeks not getting around to shipping it. Super happy with their service and approach to making customers happy. Thank you!

I haven't purchased a bike in over 20 years and I had so many questions. The staff at the Lake Grove store were extremely helpful with assisting me with my bike selection. The staff answered all my questions and recommended an amazing bike. The staff also assisted with helping me pick out all the accessories such as a kickstand and a helmet. The staff went over the warranty and the unlimited 30 day adjustments to the bike. The Lake Grove store has a large selection of bikes and if you don't see what you like in the store they will assist with purchased online with free shipping to their store.
