I love the friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff! They have spent much time explaining what each product does. They have come out, and demonstrated how to properly use and place the bike rack on the car. They have asked if I needed help putting my bike on the rack. Their products are top notch. Always willing to lend a hand, and are never pushy. They have gone above and beyond, I highly recommend their services!
