I’m extremely happy with the bike—I’ve been riding more since purchasing it than I ever have before. I’d have to say the best part of the experience was the customer service. Travis was incredibly friendly and not pushy at all, which made the whole purchase feel comfortable. Andrew’s friendliness and expertise were outstanding—he really went the extra mile to make sure the bike was perfectly set up and ready to ride. Now all I need is a discount code for some decent carbon wheels 😄

I'd like to write this without it sounding like fake news I went to the trek dealership with issues with my Volotric Nomad 2. Not only did they change my riding experience 100% for the better, but they treated me like I was a 10-year customer with a Trek bike! Truly wonderful experience! I ended up purchasing a great riding shirt and I will be going back to pick up a helmet. Cliff Nadaner

Very knowledgeable on a high check bike I appreciate the interest. I took in me as an older man and explained every detail that I asked for a service was great and if I ever trade in or buy another one, it would be from Lake Mary truck a lot of people ask me. Where did you get it? How much did you pay pay when you tell them the price they look at you that’s a lot of money for a bike, but it’s a lot of bike like that Mercedes you’re driving.🙋‍♂️👍👍

Everyone at the shop is very nice and knowledgeable. This shop was actually recommended to me by my regular bike shop Pedal Driven as a good place to go if I am broken down near work. Because my usual shop/my house is almost 10 miles away from where I work and this shop is just 1 plaza away from where I work. It’s nice to know that there is a great shop nearby in case of a breakdown or flat tire so I can still make it home.

Trek Bicycle in Lake Mary is great at diagnosing problems and getting your bike fixed and back to you quickly. They are pleasant to work with too! My only stop when I have problems with my bike.
