Great sales staff , very knowledgeable, but not pushy, nice to have a trail very close to the store, to allow the test rides. large selection of bikes . My bike was assembled and adjusted to fit me with no issues, I have ridden several hundred miles , and the bike has functioned flawlessly.

John is an amazing addition to the service department. He has extensive experience and always demonstrates professionalism and respect when servicing our tandem bicycle. He always eagerly greets customers who enter the store. We had a complicated problem with our bottom bracket last week. John worked diligently to solve the issue and get us riding again. It was just one of several instances where I’ve trusted John over the last few years to work on our tandem bikes and put us in a position to enjoy tandem cycling.
