Colton was a positive cordial and very well informed salesperson that deserves high marks. I ended up returning an REI bike and paying several hundred more for the Trek because although the REI bike would satisfy my modest riding requirements, the Trek Fx2 felt like and included a definite step up in riding pleasure as well as technical components. And me being an Architect/Designer, the model stands out for a noteworthy appearance of it's inherent simplicity and quality. I didnt expect to walk in and find a product that would do that to me and feel to be an extension of me.

Your service levels in store are fantastic and your bikes are very high quality. What brought us to you originally and what brought us back, was your return with credit program. I was able to exchange my son's Rossco (sp?) for a Marlin 5. We were sad to see the Rossco go, however, it provided a great experience for my son for multiple years. He is loving his Marlin 5 thus far!

I brought my bike in for a basic tune up. The mechanic mistakenly did more than that. He refused my offer to pay more. This is a good way to keep customer loyalty.
