Only Quality Good Looking Bikes from a shop who cares about the same plus their customers. The shop has a warm friendly welcome in which you can tell just as soon as you step in, this is the place you want to purchase a bike.

I brought my granddaughter in to purchase a new bike for her 5th birthday. The person who helped us was amazing! He stopped what he was doing and helped measure her and when she wasn't quite tall enough to turn in her 16 inch for a 20 inch, he encouraged her that she was almost tall enough and should come back in a few months when there would also be more colors available. Then he quickly pointed her toward "bling" for her existing bike...new streamers and grips...he put her bike up and tightened the bell. Installed the new bling and filled the tires with air and she walked out very happy with her choices and her current bike...and is looking forward to coming back "in a few months" THANK YOU!

Colton did a great job of assessing how to repair our two bikes. My bike needs to have the suspension sent to a repair shop outside of TREK. My wife’s bike was repaired as soon as the parts came in and it looks great. Lake Oswego trek always does a great job !

I went to Trek to buy a helmet for one of my kids. I also wanted to attach my Burley trailer to my Checkpoint but hadn’t been able to figure it out at home. I asked the sales person at Trek about it while at the register with the helmet. Colton placed a special order for a new axle for my bike and even installed it with the Burley hitch onto my bike when it came in. I brought the front tire of my husband’s bike in with me with my bike too in hopes that they might be able to replace the tube. I expected to have to drop it off and come back another day to pick it up, but another bike tech was able to take care of it right then and there. Everyone I had contact with at the store was really helpful and professional.
