Colton did a great job of assessing how to repair our two bikes. My bike needs to have the suspension sent to a repair shop outside of TREK. My wife’s bike was repaired as soon as the parts came in and it looks great. Lake Oswego trek always does a great job !

I went to Trek to buy a helmet for one of my kids. I also wanted to attach my Burley trailer to my Checkpoint but hadn’t been able to figure it out at home. I asked the sales person at Trek about it while at the register with the helmet. Colton placed a special order for a new axle for my bike and even installed it with the Burley hitch onto my bike when it came in. I brought the front tire of my husband’s bike in with me with my bike too in hopes that they might be able to replace the tube. I expected to have to drop it off and come back another day to pick it up, but another bike tech was able to take care of it right then and there. Everyone I had contact with at the store was really helpful and professional.

The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable and nice enough to teach me how do some of my own bike maintenance (replace my tire valve and add sealant). No other bike shop ever bothered to do that! They steered me to the exact tools and extras that I needed without any sales pressure. I really appreciate that! I enjoy coming in to the shop and recommend them to my family and friends. A few bike purchases later and everyone is happy with their set up. Thanks!
