Chris was extremely helpful with my purchase of four new tires. One tire popped when airing up at home. Chris told me to bring it in and he'd look at it. He immediately saw where the tire had been cut probably when the stockers opened the box. They didn't have that size in stock so instead of ordering another one and making me wait, he gave me an upgrade at no additional cost. Great customer service!

We like the personal attention and help we receive. We have liked all the products we have purchased there, including our set of Trek Verve 3 bikes, helmets, carrier, bag, gloves, lights, mirrors, locks, handle bar grips and pedals. All the recommendations have worked perfectly for our bikes and our needs! There's have a nice selection of everything we need!

The best thing I like about Trek Lakeland is the customer service. Always professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a poor experience at Trek Lakeland. Chris and his team are top notch. Oh… and Trek bikes are quality and reliable! I’m on my 9th Trek bike. All from Trek Lakeland.

Trek of Lakeland revitalized my 20 year old bike with new cables, gears and adjustable handle bar. It rides better than when it was new. Another generation is now able to enjoy the "old bike".
