Excellent products, excellent quality, even since I started buying Trek products I have not had serious problems with my bikes, always normal wear and when I do have a problem my local Trek store always have been able to repair or tune my bike to my satisfaction. Service at the Lakeland store is always the best I am treated there like family.

It was a very pleasant experience purchasing my new bike. Everyone was very helpful. It was nice seeing the available staff helping other customers take their bike out and carefully load it for them. They also recognize military. The building was well maintained and cleaned.

Chris and company are very helpful. They helped me with my purchase and then did great assembling the bike for me to pick up. My follow up visit was awesome as well. I needed adjustments after my first few rides, and they kindly helped me!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Roger Hidalgo help us with our bike tires that needed to be fixed and we were also looking to buy an E-Bike for my wife and he helped us answering all our questions. We found the ideal E-Bike for her. We are now happy riders!! Keep up the good work!! Thanks!
