The pros at the store are knowledgeable and very friendly…..and it’s refreshing to see they actually know what they are talking about, unlike other stores where you can tell the employees are just “winging it”. You can’t go wrong with a Trek bicycle….especially if you buy it from this official Trek shop.

Chris was fantastic, We had to travel out of area to his store to get the bike my wife wanted. It was still in the box so while we were driving he got assembled and stayed a little late for us to pick up the bike.

The staff was very knowledgeable about all the questions I had about my bike and they had no issue with the fact that I’ve never purchased a bike from them nor was my bike an actual Trek bike. I was on a tight budget and was happy with the basic service package. I rode my bike the next day and it was like a brand new bicycle. This is a place I would 100% come back to the next time I need something with my bicycle and if anyone ever mentions anything about theirs, I’m telling them to come here. Amazing stuff guys !!

I was shopping for a bike rack and Chris was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the pros and cons of different types. He pointed me to a good shop for hitch installation and checked my work after I’d assembled the chosen rack. I had made one mistake which he caught and we had a chuckle over that. Great shop and they won’t steer you wrong.
