I have always been impressed with Trek bikes but the customer service was very very good! It was the attention to detail from the guys in sales all the way to me purchasing my new Domane SL6 e-bike , getting fitted with much patience on learning all the bells and whistles of owning and maintaining an e-bike ! I am a very satisfied cycling girl and will continue to go back for anything I need. I originally started with this bike store before it was bought by Trek and it was same high quality and attention to detail with no pressure sales . That speaks to great management with customers returning for more being the reason .

Visited the Trek shop last weekend to test ride a couple hybrid bikes. Andrew was there to answer all the questions I had. He was super helpful and patient. This weekend I had returned to buy the bike! Isaiah was there to help me this time. Glad to have checked out this shop.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The bike mechanics are very knowledgeable, provide a range of options for repairs, and they have a super fast turnaround time for getting your bike back. They make everybody feel like the belong at the bicycle shop :)
