I brought in two bikes for maintenance. The service department was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and professional. Made recommendations and then let me decide what level of service I needed to fit my needs and budget. I would highly recommend Trek for all your bicycle needs.

I am unfamiliar with the bicycle industry, yet I felt like buying my toddler a bike from Trek because of their growth program, and their brand reputation. It was a match made in heaven when my toddler was able to test drive it in their showroom.

I had a great purchasing experience when ordering my project one speed concept. Working with Ray was extremely easy. I was well informed on how long it would take to manufacture and ship. He kept me up to date via text message (my preferred contact method) after the bike arrived in the shop. Once the bike was built, Ray did an excellent job with the final parts of the build out (trimming bars, configuring shifters) and doing the initial bike fit. I would recommend others looking for a smooth bike purchasing experience to come in and speak to Ray.

Rental bike was great. Easy to secure the reservation for a bike in my size, complete with pedals so I didn’t have to bring my own. Folks at the shop were outstanding: helpful, anticipating questions, flexible! Thanks!

I previously had a Madone and loved it. Thanks to Trek Lamar, I now have a shiny Domane. This location services all of my bikes, even non-Trek brands. The service department gets your bike back to you so you can get back in the saddle as soon as possible.
