James and the crew at the repair center are fantastic! I've had my ebike since the beginning of covid and they have worked on it all these years. The front desk guys help me bring my bike off the rack into the store itself which makes it easier for this old lady! Ms. Karin

Good prices and friendly, competent service. And really nice clearance prices on some neat, new bikes. I wish I was in the market for one but my old LeMond is still going strong thanks to their team’s regular good service.

I came in looking for a replacement crank cadence band and to spend my century challenge gift certificate. Isaiah went above and beyond to help me find the replacement. I was also able to score some tools I've had my eye on in the clearance section. I've always been satisfied with the customer service at Trek Bicycle Lamar and usually shop at this location even though it's not the closest one to my house.

It is clear that Trek is constantly looking at possible design improvements in all of its products. This is also true of the "non-Trek" accessories that Trek Lamar chooses to stock. And Ray has a great combination of attributes for a sales person - knowledge, passion and patience.

This store is super-duper fantastic! It’s always a pleasure to shop in and the staff is very welcoming. I’m greeted every time I walk in with a genuine offer to assist me. Everyone is very knowledgeable. Ray, the store Manager is extremely customer-focused and frequently exceeds my expectations when I have a question or need help locating an item. The store is always clean and organized. It’s easy to find what I’m looking for too. Please consider enhancing customer shopping experience by adding an in-house coffee lounge! Coffee and cycling go hand in hand. Adding such an option would enhance customer experience and make this location even more prominent destination for customers.Thank you for being awesome TREK!

Alex was very helpful in renting a bike to try since I’m interested in buying one and he was patient and walked me thru the process. I returned it on time and everyone was kind and all smiles including the manager and another gentleman(but I didn’t get their names) Always fun looking around and I enjoy the products I purchase
