Ben and the team at Trek were amazing! He was so helpful at explaining the specs of my new bike, asking about my needs, going over some basics of how to use the bike, maintenance, etc. I was told to bring the bike back ASAP for any fitting adjustments, we discussed some upgrades to the tires based on my riding needs, and I left feeling super encouraged and with a beautiful new Trek Domane! I was also grateful that the service men really listened to my needs and never steered me toward a more expensive bike. Thanks so much, Ben!

Dropping off our bikes for service could not be easier! Even though we are not avid bike riders, we are treated with warmth and enthusiasm from every employee we interact with. The service was completed earlier than promised and we were given a full explanation of what was done and anything additional that was recommended for future maintenance.
