The e-bike, ev, I purchased has served me well without any issues in the past three years. Trek manufactures high quality bikes that, according to reviews, last a long time. This year I brought it in for annual service/maintenance which is highly recommended. The service performed was excellent and timely. The crew actually did it in less than one day so the bike would be available for the next day. Everyone at Trek Bike are very friendly and professional. They take time to answer any of our questions about equipment offer advice for the best posture to maintain for long rides.
