Christian under duress and time constraint got my grandson bike going in time for NICA practice.
Good thing he has some help cause lots of customers walked in as he was finishing bike up.

Oh, by the way even though he wasn't happy how bike was shifting - grandson didn't notice cause was shifting so much better.
Always go the extra mile to be sure I understand what was done to my bike. I added clip in pedals and Anna spent a lot of time with me learning to clip in with the shoes I bought at a great price on sale. Thank you Anna!

Great communication so I knew what needed to be done, their estimate of cost, and the timing. That included updates when the plan change. My bike was well-taken care of !
First of all, the prompt service was amazing. I dropped my bike off for a Level One tune-up in the midafternoon and was told it would be worked on the next day and ready then. I got a text and an e-mail that it was ready that same evening.
Second, the tech who helped me check--in and check-out was very helpful and answered a couple of questions I'd had for a while about some gearing issues and the like. And she showed me how to adjust the gears if needed using the App for my shifter.
Third, everyone is so welcoming and pleasant who works at this Trek store. It's not always the same, or universally so, with other staff at other Trek stores. I can tell the people here like working in this location and like working together. That's also a big plus!
Christian was INCREDIBLY well informed and helpful. He double checked something to make sure it was possible then helped me quickly. Amazing experience!
