This time I came in with a flat and they were able to work me in to have it fixed while I went and grabbed a bite for lunch. The customer service is always exceptional. Christian, Lizzie and the Trek Lawrence team always go the extra miles for outstanding service and support. The products are great. I always feel like they would prefer to give me good advice more than just make a sale. I truly appreciate how conscientious they are with their repair work. I might take a bicycle in for something I notice, but they consistently take the time to do a thorough review and advise if there are other maintenance items that should be addressed to ensure safe and worry free rides.

I’ve had a Manual trek for 12 years and always loved it I wanted to step up my game and I love my Marlin Still getting used to it and learning but love it The people at Trek in Lawrence are awesome They are so knowledgeable and know their bikes Which is amazing compared to some places My husband always says I should not have to sell myself a product and we Didn’t From start to finish every one knew their stuff and answered all our questions and were very friendly

I love the bike I purchased. But what convinced me to purchase it from this Trek store was the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the people there. From the store manager to the service manager to the employee who gave me great insight into the bike, everyone was great to deal with. They made me feel like they wanted my business and wanted me to be happy with my purchase.
