I had an excellent experience at the Trek store. The people working were welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. I was quickly greeted when I walked into the store, and both of the people working listened to me and answered questions without making me feel self-conscious about asking basic questions. This was SO much appreciated. The team is clearly made up of experts, and I appreciated the recommendations that were given. I will definitely be supporting Trek in the future.

Anna, Lizzie and Christian were all very helpful to me in picking my bike. I started out with a hardtail, but traded it in on a full sus bike. That trade in was easy and a super cool bonus from Trek!

Trek, and Lawrence in particular, has made it very welcoming & comfortable to be in the shop. Hayden and a couple of young ladies were very helpful and got me to charger that I needed for my Trek Powerfly FS9. Wonderful! I feel Trek has really turned the old, standoffish, elite feeling in the bicycle shop around. As I said, warm, welcoming & helpful. Good job Hayden & Trek!

Service was good - salesperson helped me choose a bike rack and place an order by phone. Pick up was good as well - rack was put together and the clerks walked me out to my vehicle to make sure I knew how to use it.
