Service - Lizzy is fantastic. She is already ready to help with anything I need for my bike. She goes the extra mile to get me the gear needed. As a mechanic she is top notch! Christian is a wealth of knowledge, he knows the bikes and has the people skills to help customers determine which bike fits their needs.

The Trek Lawrence store is fabulous! I always get great service and the staff is super friendly. I find this particularly noteworthy because other places are not as attentive to people who aren't fast cyclists (especially older females like me). And I love my Checkpoint and the fabulous bar tape that Lizzie put on for me!

Every time I come in with a question or concern about my bike, you have great ideas about what to do. And you’ve got a really solid selection of bike parts and accessories.
I also like that you’re out in the bike community, riding and connecting with people, demonstrating your commitment and enthusiasm. And you’re building community with workshops and talks and group rides from the shop.

I was very pleased to find out that this company works on e-bikes of all kinds. I was having a terrible time trying to find someone to help me install a rear motor wheel on my e-bike, and no one would work on it because it was purchased online from an Amazon retailer. I took the bike to Trek and they put my wheel on without issue. Sadly, the bike is still giving error-codes, but I was happy to find out that there is at least one business in the area that is willing to do some work on bikes of all kinds. It was a nice environment at the store, and the workers were awesome. I just wish my issue was corrected after this last effort to clear all error-codes. If I purchase another e-bike, I will definitely keep this business in mind for service.
