All the team members at Trek Bicycle Lawrence are helpful, friendly and professional. They’ve been great at quickly fixing any issues I’ve had with my bicycle and recommending products that work based on their personal experiences. I like to purchase products there and support a local business (versus ordering online) because I appreciate their input on different products and it’s great to take things home that day - and they stand behind what they sell.

always very friendly and attentive to what we need. Offer the advice of their experience which is invaluable. This time I came in with a flat and they were able to work me in to have it fixed while I went and grabbed a bite for lunch. We are very pleased with the service and this is why we bought 2 e-bikes from them.
