I came in for new tires and I was immediately helped with a TON of information, both empirical and anecdotal (i was told by both associates which tires they were currently running, which was great!). They set the tires up for me quickly and even washed my wheels for me! I love having the Trek store so close to my house, any time I need something they're a great resource!

Christian and staff were extremely helpful and personable. While I dealt mainly with Christian for the sale, Lizzie, Anna, Aedan, and Brian (?) answered questions and provided awesome help and advice during set up of my new bikes.
