Luke is definitely the best mechanic in the KC area. He’s Efficient and takes the time to answer any questions. Every time I take the bike back or am looking for a part or accessory the staff at this store makes it easy to find. Definitely recommend this store and the awesome staff to anyone that needs their bike worked on or is thinking about purchasing a new bike.

Your customer service is the best out of any business I’ve experienced. Everyone is so helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I was helped by 3 people consistently - Travis went out of his way to expedite my service. I’ve used other Trek stores too, all great but this honestly stands out. I’m telling you - they all represent the company so incredibly well, it’s the major reason I’ll always go with Trek

As a first time customer I was very pleased with the tuneup to get bike ready for spring. The work was done promptly and the pricing was very reasonable. I was informed of all options for the bike but at no time was I pressured to purchase items or services. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

The Trek stores in both Shawnee and Lee's Summit were incredibly helpful, accommodating and nice! James, Luke, Miles and Mary Beth went over and above to make our purchase seamless and so enjoyable from start to finish. As a result, I got the exact bike and color I was looking for and will enjoy for years to come. Best shopping experience ever!
