The care and service was beyond i came with my bike that had lost my brakes my i back brakes Luke took care of my bike even th it was not from his sho he sai6 it is emergency emergency so I woul not be hurt . What I'm saying is. We have lost a lot of great customer service and a lot of caring people. This is one that's still here and still around. And I will say I would buy a bike anyday and time from track? And if you don't have to have buy a bike you need help. Just come over and you'll see the Gray people. My best bike will be coming from them. Thank you, Luke, thank you. Track cause I was writing with only the front brake and you took care of everything with patience and with care and I gotta say to all of you guys. I have not seen that for a very long time.The care and the care thank you

Are you kidding me? Luke and Caleb at LS TREK are the best! I bought my new Roscoe 7 at a vendor down the street last month. Apparently they didn’t prep the bike properly before I took it home. The ride was difficult at best. I took my bike to Luke and Caleb with no advance warning..just walked in cold. These two wonderful humans listened to my story and Luke got my bike tuned to me and explained everything in the process. I can actually enjoy my bike now!!!! I will always take my bike here.
