I have been a Trek loyalist for a few decades now. Love the company, love the bikes. This is the 1st time I have purchased from the Leesburg Trek store. The experience was outstanding. They love bikes and it shows. They are very knowledgable and happy to share their experience. Their sales and service team is very friendly and low pressure. I actually believe they want people to love their bikes and not just sell bikes. That is nice. My local trek store is the same, but they are not a company store and for this particular purchase, lacked the inventory so that I can see the bike before buying. This store has inventory and is very hands on. I will continue to work with them. Outstanding experience and worth it.......
