We recently visited Trek in Leesburg, VA to find a Trek e-Bike recently after shopping online and realized we didn't know enough about the products to make an informed decision. Phil helped us understand the pros and cons, price points, and ride style of the bikes we were interested in. He set us up with a quick test ride that solidified our choice and assisted with installing accessories that we chose in-store. We brought in two old bikes from the 90s to have checked out and refurbished so they could be ridden again. They did a fabulous job - and they were very, very nice to deal with. Their estimate was as close to perfect as you could get. I felt they were honest, skilled and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and use again if we had the need.

I purchased Verve+3 in 2019, in Tucson, AZ, because it has a Bosch motor, which is encased vice other brands which have the motor incorporated on the rear axle. Arizona is extremely dusty and an exposed electro motor is a dust magnet. I’ve log over 3,000 miles on my Verve, which allows me to attack steep hills and ride 30+ miles per ride. The tram at Trek, Leesburg Market Place are technically competent, they diagnose issues on a bike and make necessary repairs. They listen, are competent and confident.
