The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love it that the staff know about bikes. They know the equipment and have a great working knowledge of what to recommend and why. When you go to a shop that is filled with professionals in the business and people who are passionate about cycling, it's a game changer. I am not a professional cyclist; I'm a weekend warrior at best when it comes to my cycling adventures even though I have done some incredible rides, but I'm treated like a professional. They listen to my needs and make recommendations respectfully. Customer service is hard to get now days, and some businesses treat you like a number. I'm glad Trek Bicycles of Leesburg takes it seriously and sets the bar high. I will continue to do business with them in the future and will recommend them to anyone who asks for assistance.
