The friendly service staff, especially Ethan, always has time for me when I bring in my bike with an issue. Ethan stopped what he was doing and took care of me. While it wasn’t a HUGE problem for him, it was a real show stopper for me and he fixed it, and got me back on my bike quickly. Thanks so much.

Trust! I have dealt with many bike shops in different states. The staff and products at the Leesburg Trek Store are both excellent. When shopping for a bike or accessories the staff have listened to my interests. Another thing that I like is that there is a seamless interaction among all of the employees both service and sales throughout my visit. This gives me confidence that all of them are wanting to assist their customers to find the best situation and provide them with as much information as they can. My wife and I are both happy to have this bike shop in the area!
