Annual maintenance was done. But I needed help putting the wheel back on my bike so I could put it in my car. Trek in Leesburg staff showed me a couple of ways to do that that makes it easier. Thanks and I highly recommend them.

High quality bikes and accessories. I have a 2020 Verve 3 with fenders, a rear rack and love it. I ride most every day. To the gym, grocery store, shopping mall.... My 12 year old son has a 2026 FX 2 he rides with me, with his friends and to school.. My wife has a 2020 Marlin she rides local trails and occasionally with us. We all have lights and MIK racks.

Quality products. My wife and I have both have had our bikes in for service. The service techs are always attentive to our concerns. We appreciate how they put our bikes up on a stand to clarify our concerns as they look over the bikes. Our bikes have always been tuned up and repaired by the date that is on the work order. Another reason that we both enjoy this particular bike shop is the friendly way that we are treated by all of the staff, both the service desk and the sales employees.
