The bike I ordered was a new build and was promised within 48 hours. As it turned out, the bike was ready the day it was ordered. I really appreciate the store letting me know it was ready to be picked up. My granddaughter's birthday is today, and I'm sure she will be thrilled. I may have Trek change the seat post adjuster to a quick adjust as kids grow fast and that feature makes it an easy adjustment.

I took my bike in to get a flat tire fixed and they had it fixed in just a few minutes. They were very friendly and cordial. I'll go again we needed.
