The store is very convenient although it's odd that it's closed on Mondays??
I have an electric bike and have purchased over $10000 of bikes. I would think a loyal customer would get a free firmware update but I recently paid $36 for one??
They were very attentive to my needs of getting my older Trek rideable again. They offered suggestions, and not the most expensive options. And if I did not want a particular option they were perfectly fine.
Secondly they took the time to explain things to me so I could understand. And that is probably the most important reason I will be back.
Then when I got my bike back it was absolutely perfect. From the clipless pedals to the new tires and handlebar tape. It was also very clean and shining. It reminded me when I originally purchased the bike. Everything I wanted, can’t wait for my son to take it out.
They even offered to tighten things up after a few rides, if things loosened up. They said bring it in anytime.
Thanks to your whole team. I felt like part of that team.
I always get notifications of special promotions and new products along with savings on maintenance packages. I appreciate the very helpful service and advice I get when I take my bike in to the TREK Store.
While I believe that the service work being performed is of top quality and usually has a fast turnaround, there have been two occasions where I have had my bicycle in for service and it has not been completed. I have called to check if service is complete and I am told yes. When I arrive to pick up the bicycle the service work has yet to be performed. While attempts to rectify, the situation have been made, it is still a frustrating experience.
