The core reason for my score is having a dedicated team that is local that has an in depth knowledge of the TREK products which is a step above the competition
I would have to say the long time customer service I have been receiving throughout the last couple of years has always been very genuine and I feel I also would like to thank Andranti at the Livermore Trek, for all he has helped me with such a great customer personal he has given me

I walked into the Trek store in Livermore, CA just as the store opened. The young man at the counter listened very patiently and carefully to my description of the issue that I was having with my bike. He asked a variety of questions, very relevant it seemed to me. I explained my rush in trying to repair the problem, I plan to ride in a Century ride in just a few days. He asked me to leave the bike, explained that the technician out sick that day, but that he would ride the bike to see if he determine the problem. A couple of hours later, I got call from the young man that he believed that the issue was the bottom bracket and that he had repaired and replaced it. I drove in and picked up the bike, checked it (took for a 20 mile ride this morning) and the issue appears to have been resolved!! I really appreciate that the young man took the time to listen carefully to the issue, that he determined what the problem was and resolved, and did all of this understanding the urgency of my situation!
Thank you so much to the fellow there this past Monday morning who fixed my flat, provided me a stem tool and offered me some options! I bought my first Trek from your shop oh maybe 20 years ago and glad you are still able to help me with my old bike !
