Trek Livermore (and elsewhere, but not Vancouver BC) is the only bike shop where I've found employees to both be very friendly and helpful to people who know nothing about bikes AND also very knowledgeable and helpful to people who know a ton about bikes and are looking for esoteric parts.

Service has always been great. Quick and efficient. If I am going to buy another bike this is the place I'm going. One difference I'd like to point out, I'm not an avid cyclist. No bike shorts and clip in shoes, I'm just a cruiser. But I'm treated just as quick and pleasant as the jock in latex. Yeah I won't buy as much but when I need service or an upgrade I will be coming your way. John

Excellent service - accommodate walk-ins (for a tube repair) and gave a 24-hour appointment window. Also very knowledgeable about a Specialized bike even though they sell Trek. Highly recommended!

Fantastic, all around great team and the new manager is very personable and knowledgeable. The fixtures, such as Rob and Hymie are also very cool. Let’s not forget Andretti. The whole team is great. There’s some new guys, but I don’t remember all of their names. Cool scene and they do great work.
