I love your customer service. Your employees are always friendly and helpful. I had a flat tire and brought my Trek bike in this week and the guy who helped (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) was friendly and fast. I also asked if he could put an odometer on my bike and he did, saying, "no problem!" I always feel as a respected client when I come in the store, even before we bought our bikes!
Excellent customer service and responsiveness from everyone I worked with. The team was very professional and knowledgeable on new e-Bikes I was curious about. I originally entered the store with a fairly new mountain bike purchase locally that had a crack forming in the frame. The staff was quick to state Trek warrantees frames for life and this will most likely be approved for replacement at no charge. Approval from Trek corporate came quickly and the frame was replaced within 2 weeks. I added a new dropper post as an upgrade and it works excellent since getting back on the trails again.
