I brought my bike in for a tune up. I didn't know the store hours, so I arrived about 1 hour before the store was to open. As I was walking back to my vehicle, the store manager saw me and called me back to see what I needed. He offered to go ahead and check my bike in for service and I was able to go on with my plan for the day. It was a great feeling to get that kind of service which is hard to find today.
I came in to the Loveland location without an appointment with a small concern. Cole greeted me right as I walked in and asked what he could do to help. I explained my issue and he said to bring in the bike. He wasted no time inspecting it and fixed it within 15/20 minutes...
What stellar service, which doesn't go unnoticed.

Loveland Trek team took on a difficult repair effort on my non-Trek e- bike (Jamis H2) and stuck with it until the repair was accomplished. They also worked with the motor vendor to get warranty coverage that saved me a ton of money. I think they went way beyond what could be expected to make sure this customer was taken care of
I worked with Rick on finding the right E-bike. He listened, he recommended, I rode, and I bought it. He was respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and very patient. I will buy there again!
Cole was great hemming ne buy my first e-bike. Super knowledgeable and helped me make a great choice. I can in right at end of day and he stayed late, never rushed me and insisted on helping me get the purchase done that visit even though I offered to get next day. Top notch!

The Team at the Loveland Trek store was amazing! Customer service is alive and well! We have purchased multiple bikes for our kids from this store and have utilized the trade-in program in the past. Unfortunately both of my girls bikes were stolen the first week of school this year and I had to replace them. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable, my 6 year old was not sure she wanted the bike they had available and the salesman didn’t try to pressure her to take a bike she didn’t fully love and even encouraged her to look for something “perfect”. We walked around the store a few minutes and ultimately my daughter decided the bike was the one she wanted. The salesman came back and got the bike ready for her and set up within 10 minutes. The technician even came out to the parking lot and helped my daughter figure out the gear selector since this was her first bike with gears. My girls were super impressed with a female technician setting up thier bikes and taking the time to work with them in the parking lot. Long story, but it was an amazing experience that came from an unfortunate event of losing thier bikes. We will be back! Thanks so much!
