Well, I haven’t purchased a bike for myself for over thirty years until yesterday. Such a fun bike to ride. Had no idea the electric motor was that powerful and easy to use. Super smooth ride (from my romps so far on pavement and concrete).

Service on my bicycle was completed well and in good time. My only addition would be to never return a bicycle dirty. In the age of waxed chains I understand not wanting to get the drivetrain wet, but a wipe down of the frame and wheels with a damp cloth would go a long way in making any service seem more complete and premium FWIW. I used this Trek bicycle shop due to its close proximity to my home. I found all the employees friendly and easy to deal with. They provided me with exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. The work needed was done promptly. I would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future and would recommend them to anyone else as well.

The shop is so well put together and clean! But also the guest service was absolutely extraordinary! I came in a couple weeks ago, looking for my first triathlon bike. Chip helped me distinguish different types of bikes and get size for the correct bike as well. Told me to come back and test ride them when I was ready. Fast-forward to when I was ready to purchase a bike I came in to test ride them, Rick helped me with everything I needed and was very helpful and thoughtful on every scale. Put together different options for me to test ride and explained the differences in detail. (Another teammate helped too but I never got his name, he had a beard!) I walked away with my first starter triathlon bike, pedals, shoes and in love with it all! Thank you, Trek team Loveland
