The only sad thing was the mechanic was not in on Saturday to run through my bike, but thats no one's fault. Otherwise the man who helped me was very knowledgeable about gear and bikes and got me pointed in the right direction with the accessories I needed.
Awesome service and knowledgeable sales staff. I had called into one of the Trek stores earlier in the day about exchanging a saddle and that store didn't have the correct size. That salesman found the correct size online in another local Trek store then requested the other store hold the seat for me. When I showed up at the other store to exchange the saddle the salesman handed me the new saddle before I finished explaining why I was there. He also took time to answer all my questions plus explained the 3 D printed saddle technology.
I brought my mountain bike in for a tune up yesterday and I also needed a new helmet. Chip was super helpful - he explained the new helmet technologies and the features of the helmet I selected. Best of all, my bike will be ready in a couple of days!
Well, I haven’t purchased a bike for myself for over thirty years until yesterday. Such a fun bike to ride. Had no idea the electric motor was that powerful and easy to use. Super smooth ride (from my romps so far on pavement and concrete).
Took my bike in for maintenance and the service tech was very polite. They took care of my bike quickly so I was ready to ride by the weekend. Service was impeccable and will recommend them to everyone who needs service.
The staff are knowledgeable and informative. They think safety first and keep our five bicycles in perfect condition. Coal, Chip, Rick and Nick are like great friends and they make sure our rides on our bicycles are fun, memorable and safe. Trek Loveland is well represented by their product and this crew.
