The Loveland Trek store was awesome! Folks were really friendly and understood my needs. They didn’t attempt to sell me something I didn’t need, showed me exactly what I was looking for and helped get us the perfect bikes! My wife and I went in and they talked to her to ensure she also found the best fit for her. That’s rare - usually folks talk to just me and she’s not heard. I’m extremely happy with the purchases my wife and I made.

I have been a fan, and owner, of Trek bicycles since 1995. A Trek Single Track was my first mountain bike. My first century ride was on a Trek 1500 that I rode for over a decade. I just purchased a Trek FX3 Gen4, and can't wait to hit the bike paths this spring, summer, and fall. I am unable to comment on service as none of my Treks have yet to require anything outside of routine maintenance, which I perform myself.

Good in store bike inventory. Good prices on accessories and nice sales promotions. Really appreciate customer “lounge” so my spouse has a comfort place to sit while I browse. Needs a dressing room, though.
