The service/parts personal thay assisted me was very professional and answered all my questions without any hesitation and was very accurate and detailed with the parts that I needed even though they were fore another name brand bike
Very flexible. My wife bought a bike, she had second thoughts about it properly fitting, and before we picked it up she was allowed to upgrade her purchase to a frame that fit (and a newer model). That's the level of flexibility we appreciate.
The service department was awesome 😎. They troubleshoot our problem and resolved it. The guys were friendly and educational.
While having service work done, we were educated on E-bikes. The guys really know their products, and how to get around the computer.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They knew the products they sold very well. The staff understood my needs and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need or didn’t suit my riding style. The staff explained in detail the products. As far as the products, great selection. If they don’t have it in stock they will immediately order it for you, however their inventory was very large and varied. All things considered, it’s just a great place for all your cycling needs and the staff was fantastic! One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in years. Way to go!!!

The housing that holds the battery on my wife’s e-bike came loose, making it impossible to install the battery. I brought the bike to the Trek service department. The technician claimed to have never seen that happen before. Although he had to completely remove the old housing (not an easy task) to diagnose and remedy the problem, he did so and had the bike back to be within a couple of hours. Great service that I really appreciated!
The products are very good. The bike that I chose, the Verve 1, is a comfortable ride with the upgraded comfort seat. I had an issue with the brakes rubbing on the disc and the service I received was great. It rides very smooth. I enjoy getting outside with it.
