Purchased a TerraTrike Traveler recumbent bike from this Trek dealer two years ago. The joint on the frame failed after hitting a rut in the road. Although this Trek location is no longer a TT dealer, they submitted a warranty claim which TT honored. The damaged component was replaced and the trike returned. Big thanks to Tim and team at Trek for resolving this issue for me. They exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this Trek dealer as service is outstanding. Heinz Frey

The techs were very helpful and friendly. I was happy the parts were in stock and they recommended some of my original parts, that were still good and could be used longer. They said next service they would replace them. Shows integrity and honesty, not just trying to sell parts and service but create a trust for future work.
