Staff was very busy but still made us feel seen and and did their best to acknowledge everyone and help us as they could. They took the time to help me fit a phone holder onto a bike handle and made sure it was going to work for me and my bike! Thank you! Great staff!

All staff at Madison East have been helpful and friendly. We believe Trek's Kate Kirby is the best bike sales person on the planet. She is knowledgeable about bikes and accessories.
