We have 2 of your e-bikes and bought a third as a gift. Your staff is always kind and engaging. Our questions can be pretty basic, and your staff always answers them without making us feel like we are asking something stupid.
The technician was kind and helpful. He explained the different options for servicing my bike, but didn't push me in any specific direction. He let me make the decision. And he helped me unload and load my bike from my vehicle. Outstanding customer service!
