The salesperson was very helpful. We brought in a hitch bike rack to find out how to load bikes on it. He was able to google the model for us and then showed us how to load. It was hard to figure out for us. Also we ordered a charger for an e-bike which will take a few weeks to get in. We will continue to visit for any supplies

I just purchased an electric bike FX 2 and love it so far. It started with my excellent experience at the store with Emil, who helped me understand more about e bikes and guided me patiently through the process of picking appropriate accessories, learning about the apps, and the maintaining services that Trek covers. Went on for a 15 mi ride and I felt happy to be able to ride again. The electric assist allowed me to tackle more challenging climbs that I would have avoided in the past, and enabled me to keep up with other more advanced cyclists.
