Rio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and more than willing to listen to our questions and change recommendations based on the answers to our questions We redesigned my wife's new Townie to eliminate the "calf scours brown " tires, hand grips and saddle. He was more than willing to work with us to make the change. The bike looks so much more natural and beautiful with the change she wanted. When we picked up the bikes he spend time making the necessary adjustments for her to ride safely and comfortably We brought similar models for our Florida home and thought we had a good dealer but after dealing with Rio and the staff at the Madison East Trex store the Florida Store can't hold a candle to the Madison store
