Brad and Sharon were awesome. I walked right in, they were able to help me immediately and it was a very positive (and fun) experience. On Saturday, I stopped by with an older bike rack that I hadn't been able to use in 10 years. A gentleman working there was kind enough to look up the model for me and then he even came out to help me install it. All in all my experience with Trek was 11 out of 10 possible points!
