Love the trade in program and quality bicycles!

The Trek worker who helped us was amazing! The "Salesperson" listed on the receipt is "Bob S. (MRGS)." He didn't only help my son and I get a helmet and speedometer, which was what we came in for. He also installed the speedometer, tested the air pressure on the tires and filled them, tested the spin on the tires and adjusted the back one so the brake wasn't rubbing on it anymore, and tightened the kickstand! My son and I were so grateful and in awe of the care we received! Thank you!

Went in to pick up an online order in store and was immediately helped by someone to pick up my order. When I tried on the shoes I’d ordered and they didn’t fit, he was able to grab a different size and exchanged them. Super easy and felt really welcome even though I don’t come here often. Will definitely revisit!

Came in looking for a bike for my youngest son. Was greeted with a smile by Andrea. Quickly decide on a trek marlin 4 in a small frame size. He took a little test ride, and Andrea gave him some riding tips while doing so. My son loved it and wanted it in blue. Andrea went in back and found the one remaining small in the shop and told me it would be ready in a few days. We were in town for a soccer tournament and live 1.5 hours away from Madison, and asked if it could be ready the next day for pickup. She went in back and asked and assured us it would be ready for a Sunday pick up. She texted a few hours later saying the bike was ready and she was sorry that she wouldn’t be there when we came to pick it up. Great customer service and a very pleasant buying experience. Thank you!

I called for advice about a unique bike lock and received immediate options that were in my price range. I needed a quick purchase and when I arrived at the store the associate recognized me from our phone conversation and provided clear product information for my needs. I was in and out of the store in 8 minutes. It was an amazing responsive experience!

Jake is the absolute best!!! He understands and feels the shifting issue I'm trying to explain and fixes it better than I could have expected. He's attentive and made me feel heard and valued. My road bike now rides like new. My bikes were done ahead of schedule too.
