The Trek repair shop is excellent! They have serviced my bike for many years, always with the highest quality work. Recently, they helped me with a minor (for them) installation which had stymied me. They are always friendly and efficient. I give them the highest recommendation!

I was unable to adjust the handle bar s on my new bike. I called Joe for assistance. Because I didn't have the correct tools Joe indicated he would come to my apartment in Waunakee and make the adjustment. Unbelievable service! No need to go anywhere else to buy a great bike. Thanks Joe! Mark
