Trek Bicycle Madison West has completely won me over. Every visit is a great experience — the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping customers find exactly what they need (even down to recommending local riding routes!). The products are top-notch — reliable, well-selected, and clearly curated by people who truly love Trek bikes. The service is just as impressive: fast, professional, and always handled with care and attention to detail. I also had a bike fit done here, and it was exceptional — thoughtful, precise, and followed up with great advice. I might be a Trek addict, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cycling needs!

Always a bright, happy, cheery staff who are all knowledgeable. This is my all-time fav Trek and all-around bike store. They have a great selection of bike options and the staff don't push you one way or the other.

Jeffery, who fixed our flat tire, was most welcoming and helpful. On the whole, I find Trek services somewhat costly but worth it for the quality.

I appreciated Heidi's knowledgeable answers to my questions. I also liked the fact that I felt no pressure to make a purchase on my first visit to the store. I ended up buying a bike that I saw on the Trek website and they made it very easy to do that and get it shipped to the store for pick-up.

Friendly and helpful. People l worked with were very knowledgeable. My bike works really well now. Only thing I’m not sure I like, yet, is the new saddle I was told will be more comfortable. So far, not so much.

Very helpful staff, providing advice with knowledgeable & clear explanations of products. Not pushy at all - just helpful! Also, excellent variety of available choices for helmets, shoes and other equipment - and actually have it on hand. Some good sales, and even base prices are reasonable for high quality items. Will definitely be visiting more regularly!

I've owned the Trek Brand since the late 80s and have always been happy with their product. I've had my front shock replaced at Trek West in Madison and received great sales and service from everyone there especially Jake the manager. You can't go wrong with Trek West.
