My wife and I count on our Trek bikes and components for outstanding function and reliability. Beyond this, we are so very pleased with the service we receive when we go to our local Trek store on W. Mineral Point Rd. in Madison. The sales-people are knowledgeable and take the time needed to answer our questions, and show/demonstrate/test the items we have asked them to help us with. Furthermore, the bike service is absolutely superb. The technicians are friendly, experienced, skilled and great at explaining what is needed and/or what they have diagnosed and done. Beyond this, for the items that we have purchased from Trek, the service technicians have on numerous times taken a look at items needing minor adjustments, and taken care of them on the spot, and done this gratis, as well as teaching us some "do-it-yourself" tips for bike maintenance.
