Trek bicycle has worked on my bicycle twice and both times gave excellent service. They even came to my house to pick up my bike for me. When I drove over to pick it up, they offered to come to my home and unload it, in case I could not remove it from the trunk of my car. Very good work and good service with this company!

The service department has been wonderful. Know their products, willing to explain options and order what you want. Some of the Trek gear is a little pricey, good quality, but still pricey.

I'm a relatively new customer to Trek Bicycle Madison West and have been extremely happy with my experiences. I purchased a new Speed Concept bike and worked with Jake Jones to equip it with everything needed to be a triathlon weapon. Two days ago I raced it for the first time and had the fastest bike split in my age division by over 2 minutes. The bike is great! Mike Wodyn was also great to work with on the fitting and is now matching my indoor bike to the exact same position. Their whole team is great to work with!
