Your staff clearly love the bike and care helping others to do the same. Andrea did a tremendous job helping us find a new bike for my daughter, and went above and beyond making us feel like her top priority.

Big Jake was the best, he did a great job showing my daughter a bunch of mountain bike options. He made her feel very comfortable and excited to get a new bike. He spoke directly to her making sure she understood the various features and differences in the bikes.
