Chris was awesome! I brought my son's bike in because it had a flat tire. The valve stem had torn and this had already happened to the other tire. Chris said that this has been an issue with these tires so he worked to get it all covered under warranty even though I purchased the bike 3 years ago. Chris was awesome!

Was a great first bike experience. Caleb explained things with great details to help me make informed decisions, never felt pressured to buy anything. Absolutely would recommend this store to anyone who want to jump into the world of cycling! A bonus on top of it all was that the bike was ready early, so I could enjoy my first ride on the weekend! Was a very pleasant suprise!!

My wife and I own two Trex e-bikes. We have been extremely happy with the quality of our e-bikes. The sales and service department are great too. The service department is always prompt in any repairs we need on our bikes. The Trex products for our bikes and accessories have improved our rides and bikes. We have biked well over 7000 miles on our e-bikes. Can’t go wrong buying a Trex ! Rick Streich Verona,WI
