High quality products and excellent bike maintenance. The Majura Trek store is far for me to go, but to be honest, I only trust them to service my Trek bikes.

James was very helpful when we bought a bike for our daughter’s birthday. He took a lot of time to adjust the height of the seat, brakes and handle bars for us on the spot.

No doubt Trek bikes are best. The most important thing is the customer relationship which i feel that the Majura Team handled it very well. This was my second visit and each time they were very co-operative and accomodative in sharing as much information as required. They clarified all my doubts as 1st time buyer and explained me the difference between different models and helped me to understand about future maintenance and repairs and how we can approach Tek in case of any issue or problem. I would like to say Great Job Trek Majura Team and hope to see you soon.

Good parking, staff are friendly & helpful. Good amount of stock, usually a pretty good special or two on bikes which keeps me coming back. Stock levels & specials are better than other Canberra stores
