Never thought I would spend so much money on a bike but I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was top notch; professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A huge shoutout to Tom, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly patient with all my questions and took the time to help me compare new vs second-hand options. Most importantly, he helped me find the right bike that suits both my current riding ability and future goals. Such a legend... give the man a promotion! Chris was also great super welcoming, which really made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend this store if you're after quality advice and great service.

Cannot speak more highly of Trek Majura broadly as well as the servicing team. Tim gave me regular updates on my bike without prompting and helped me secure a loan bike to minimise the disruption to my daily life. The team were professional, friendly, helpful and fixed my bike right up so I could continue to use it.

Love the Trek bikes and Bontrager gear, but the thing that sets Trek Majura Park apart is the service. The best mechanics and expertise anywhere, they will literally go the extra km to improve your cycling experience, and provide great advice and insight.

High quality products and excellent bike maintenance. The Majura Trek store is far for me to go, but to be honest, I only trust them to service my Trek bikes.

James was very helpful when we bought a bike for our daughter’s birthday. He took a lot of time to adjust the height of the seat, brakes and handle bars for us on the spot.
