I always receive excellent customer service at Trek Majura. I needed to get a tube replaced, and it was able to be done right then and there, saving me another trip. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. There are plenty of bike stores and services I could go to, but the staff know Trek bikes inside and out, and so my preference is with them.
I had two bikes serviced recently.
Though more expensive than I expected, both bikes were finished quickly. I had great communication with Tim, who gave me options and pricing which I appreciated.
Highly recommend the team, who actively listened to my needs and delivered as discussed.
Big shop, nice staff. Interesting you didn't know about the email i got about the discounts on items if you get a service. Other than that, probably a 10!
I normally go to the Phillip store where customer service by daniel and duncan is second to none, however I was in the vicinity of majura so dropped in there to swap a seat that was being unkind to my old butt. This store's customer service was exactly the same as Phillip...absolutely spot on.
Kyle and (apologies didn't get the other guys name) not only got me sorted, but took the time to give really clear explanations about what was going on. Only a simple issue..."butt" (see what I did there!) Crucial to an old blokes ride comfort.
I get that trek products are good...but I continually go back because of the exceptional level of customer service I have received over many years regardless of the size of the purchase.
