I had an ongoing problem with a tubeless tyre not seating on wheel rim, so I took the tyre and wheel into Trek Manchester and they resolved the issue, the problem being a faulty valve. Whenever I have any problems with my bikes my first port of call is always Trek Manchester.

Very easy to pop in and collect my order. I struggled fitting the accessories that I’d purchased so popped into the Bramhall branch, where the staff very kindly gave me the help I needed.

Took the bike in for its annual service. I was called to say that it didn’t need a full service and we agreed to complete some preventative measures to ensure top performance. I suspect other retailers may have just gone ahead and charged me for a service that I didn’t need and this is what sets Trek apart from other brands. Another great customer experience from Liam and the team in Manchester!

Always spot on, always do something with the price on items and all this from a top end bike shop. Decent bike stuff is not cheap anywhere (except certain shops that are selling cack) and the after service is something Ive not experienced elsewhere. Maybe this is what the 'other half' live like! Full disclosure, I have not bought top end stuff, however their entry level stuff is top end for most other bike shops and you get the top end service. Don't waste your time going elsewhere.
