Went above and beyond to help get my 2 yr old up on his first balance bike. Made sure the bike was the right size and never stressed when he was rolling about the store on his new balance bike. They also made sure the helmet was the correct fit for him and even provided some stickers to customise his bike but think my son misunderstood as he customised the back of the car lol

The team at Trek Manchester were brilliant from the start. I've been getting into cycling over the past four years and was ready to start looking at a more advanced bike as a casual weekend road rider. The guys at the shop showed me all of the bikes and spoke through the benefits of each one from a riders perspective. They then allowed me to borrow a high end bike for a few days to try out, it was so easy and I just gave them a few details and they got a Madone demo bike back the next days and I came in, they adjusted the bike with me giving it a ride in store until the seat height and position was just right for me. I had a great experience riding it and a week later I tried out the Pinarello which was also a great bike but not as comfortable for me as an overweight weekend casual rider so I went back to Trek and they ordered me the bike I wanted and also price matched another store. When I went to pick up my bike it was all ready and again they adjusted it for me until it was perfect and fitted the Wahoo I decided to buy as well and set it all up for me. It was the most friendly and no-holding back services I have had. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a bike to go see the team in Manchester who gave me all the time I needed, no pushy sales tactics, and the best service. I also got a free 30-day bike insurance which I took out in minutes. One of the best buying experiences I have had. Thank you
