Johnathan went above and beyond to explain the different products y’all have to offer. He never talked down to me or went over my head with any explanation. He did not push me aside when I informed him I was going to do the manual work myself but needed the correct components for our work bikes. If it was up to me we would have ordered everything right then. But with it being such a large order I have to obtain permission from higher ups. I feel that Johnathan explained it well enough to me to justify to my bosses to make the purchase. I feel this will help us be safer on our work bikes with responding to medical emergencies.
