This has been a great Trek dealer for me since purchasing my 2023 Trek Domane SLR7 Mark 4, Project One. The bike is excellent as are the staff. Johnathan, in particular, has been a rock for me. I was very specific as to exactly what bike and "kit" i wanted in many different areas. He quickly and efficiently gathered it all together. All I needed to do was walk in and pay. He helped me load it all in my truck and I went home with the biggest smile. Since then he has had my bike serviced and supplied me with everything I asked for. Seriously. As a new resident to the state of Louisiana from Los Angeles where you have options of very good to excellent bike shops it was good to find a very good shop where the staff is knowledgeable and dedicated to the cycling culture and scene.

The staff are always friendly, patient, and helpful. They have never been condescending, which I think is something a novice cyclist like me worries about. Every experience I’ve had at Trek Mandeville has been positive. 10/10
