I took 2 older bikes in for them to look at. After honest evaluation and feedback it didnt make since to repair them. I was able to find a really good used Trek 3500 mountain bike and took to them for a tune up and do a once over on the bike. They changed out one shifter, did a complete service and completed it all in the same day. When I got the bike back it was cleaned, polished an in perfect working condition. I was very impressed by the time they spent with helping me understand my new Trek bike. The service and repairs were perfect, timely and cost effective. Extremely attentive to my needs, kind and courteous. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a great bike or for any needed repairs and maintenance. Great job to the team at Trek Mandeville! I will be back.
