I’ve been an owner of a trek bike since I’m 13 yrs old. I’m now 44 and still have that same bike and more from trek. Products are built to last. Services are always done with utmost professionalism and at a reasonable price. Sales department is 2nd to none. Jonathan and Raul are always available to answer questions.

I have several Trek bikes over the years, and I'm sold on their quality. The process of ordering it online was easy. When I went to the shop to pick up my bike, Jonathan waited on me and did an excellent job. He was friendly and efficient which I appreciated because I told him I was short on time. He should be commended for his customer service skills.

The employees at Trek Mandeville greeted me and immediately answered my questions and showed me several bikes that I was interested in. One I ended up leaving with. As a side note the employees at Trek Elmwood ignored my friend and I for an hour and a half while we were in the store with no other customers to serve. This was my reason for driving another 45 minutes to Trek Mandeville and ended up buying a Domane SL6 Gen 4.
