The staff is great at the TREKstore in Mandeville . I went to the store in Elmwood and the staff did not want to help me . They were not friendly at all . I went to the Mandeville store and Johnathan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Bikes . He went out of his way to help me . That is why I bought a verve Bike . I LOVE the Bike and the service I received from Johnathan . Thank you very much .

I try to go to the store and shop as frequent as possible despite being 45 minutes away. The employees and mechanics are always so knowledgeable and helpful. I recently had them install a bottom bracket bearing and they found issues from bringing my bike to another bike shop. I only plan on using Trek now. It’s nice to know I can access a shop that has all the right tools and the mechanics with the expertise.

Customer service was impeccable. I had my 5 year old and 2 year old in the store. JD and the other staff were so generous, set us up a test ride and were so helpful. Great buying experience and we will definitely be back!
