Everyone at the store is knowledgeable and extremely nice. I ride my bike for leisure and moderate exercise so I can always use help when I am looking around the store. They take time to understand what you are looking and help you find the right products. All of the products in the store are high quality, so you can purchase with confidence.

Knowledgeable guys. They helped me with the right parts for an upgrade on an old bike. The te h took the time to look up the right parts for my level of use and still managed to help others in the store. I drive out of my way to get parts, equipment t and have work done at this shop. So glad to have them.

Over the weekend, I visited the store and was warmly greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable young man named Christopher, who provided outstanding support. While they didn’t have the item I was searching for, I ended up buying two other items instead. I highly recommend this store and am excited to shop there again soon. Johnathan went above and beyond to explain the different products y’all have to offer. He never talked down to me or went over my head with any explanation. He did not push me aside when I informed him I was going to do the manual work myself but needed the correct components for our work bikes. If it was up to me we would have ordered everything right then. But with it being such a large order I have to obtain permission from higher ups. I feel that Johnathan explained it well enough to me to justify to my bosses to make the purchase. I feel this will help us be safer on our work bikes with responding to medical emergencies.
