The people at Trek are top shelf, all of them. Dana took excellent care of me with my 3rd Trek bike. This included, an ICBC report, bike estimate, new bike selection and all the time he had available to get me back on the road. I wouldn’t send any of my family and friends anywhere else. Way to go Trek!!

Cody was very knowledgeable and patient with my daughter answering all of her questions. I never felt pressured to buy anything. He was very attentive, walking through the store with us as we browsed for different things, explaining all the pros and cons of each product. He was mindful of our budget and suggested things accordingly. The bike is gorgeous and a great quality. I feel confident that it will be a reliable way for my daughter to get to and from school.

The staff as always were effiicent and friendly. Dane did a good job on my level A servicing. I like the ample space in the store and the comfortable waiting chairs are a nice touch.
