Customer support is excellent, the main bike mechanic is always so helpful and friendly, I really appreciate his service. The front staff are also very good, friendly and helpful.
Most of the items I came in for were out of stock or my size wasn’t available, but staff offered to look up other locations for me.

I have a gen 3 Domane SL5 that the front isospeed somehow damaged the frame, without making any noticeable noise. Dana at MR Trek diagnosed the issue, got on the phone with Trek warranty department and got a replacement frame organized to be shipped asap as I have the Whistler Gran Fondo upcoming in 3 weeks. Top notch service, already been back to buy TLR tire sealant as I’m doing tubeless tire maintenance while Dana’s dealing with the frame. Will be bringing a friend (long term runner, new to cycling due to injury) over to the store to buy an appropriate gravel/all road bike. Replacing kids bikes will also be a no brainer to drive the half hour to Maple Ridge Trek as will getting my wife’s new bike.
