Staff (we've dealt with Cody on more than one occasion) are super friendly. They take the time to explain things to you and never try to pressure you into buying anything. I love that after a month of riding you can bring the bike back and they give it a little check up (make sure everything is working properly) for free! And they also include a free check up after 1 year of owning the bike.
