The product (Trek bikes mainly, but also the various accessories) is top quality which is what we look for, but equal to that is the service we receive from the Maple Ridge location. We bought our first bike - my 11yr/old son's Marlin 5 Gen 3 - in March 2024 and we honestly blown away by how down to earth (not pushy or 'salesy' at all), related, kind, and knowledgeable the staff are. We went back a couple days ago and Owen N greeted us and was quick to talk directly to my son (who is now 12) about how he's enjoying his bike and what he was in for (lube, grease, couple technical questions). We also asked Owen to size me for a bike, and we ended up making a purchase (matching Marlin 5). Dave set it up and provided his usual technical expertise and solid suggestions. All in all you've created a culture in that shop that welcomes people and gets them into the bike that best suits their needs. Loyal customers for life here. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle in Maple Ridge because the staff are helpful, knowledgeable, courteous & communicate very well with clients. My son recently bought a cool bike from them and they helped along the way including the annual check up and fixed the bike when my son had it damaged. I like going to their store and I recommend people to use this store for all their bike journeys and bike needs.
