The service expert was extremely patient and thorough. In addition, he followed up immediately with a phone call when my bike was repaired. Lastly, I felt very welcomed when I had to use the bathroom and when I wanted to fill up on some filtered water for my water bottle. I would highly recommend TREK. Both of my bikes, mountain bike and road bikes, are TREK and I love them!!!
