Trek makes great bikes. The people that work in the store are always so helpful and knowledgeable. When ever one of my kids bikes neads a repair they are always realistic on the time frame of the repair and when it's a good time to come in.

My mountain bike needed a new sprocket and I went to Trek in Massapequa Park... Bill the bicycle mechanic was very helpful and friendly, he explained the work that was going to be done, so I went along with the repair... He called back a couple of days later when the work was done and he did a great job now, my girlfriend wants her bike tuned up and we're bringing it to Bill... Thanks Trek!

I just got my bike serviced there and I appreciated how you addressed what needed to be fixed, but didn't replace parts that were working fine. That kept repairs of my bike within a reasonable budget. Easy drop off. Friendly staff. Clear communication. All things I appreciate. When I got my bike back it rode like new. I'll be coming back in the future for my repairs.

Hello everyone, it’s quite obvious when you see the name Treck you have the bar raised pretty high and I can honestly say they always deliver the guys in the Massapequa store are very professional. And their work is excellent and I highly recommend them !!!

The service expert was extremely patient and thorough. In addition, he followed up immediately with a phone call when my bike was repaired. Lastly, I felt very welcomed when I had to use the bathroom and when I wanted to fill up on some filtered water for my water bottle. I would highly recommend TREK. Both of my bikes, mountain bike and road bikes, are TREK and I love them!!!
