The proprietors were warm and inviting as they greeted our arrival. It was clear after some short conversation their knowledge and professionalism was abundant. But most importantly, their passion for customer service set them apart from other similar single brand businesses. I have no doubt their business would exponentially thrive in a full year biking climate, but they continue to serve our community as our local bike shop. This business, and ones like it, are the backbone of what makes this country great. And, I will continue to support them as they serve our community and bring the love of Trek bikes to the next generations.
Service is always TOP notch. The guys Bill, Liam, and Manny always go over and beyond to help. I’m always in and out pretty quick as I need my bike back quick.
Never had issues with the products I have several Trek bikes, and helmet saved me from one bad crash. Warranty was issued and couple days later I had the same helmet replaced. Thanks again!

I brought my bike in for a tune up and bill and Sebastian took their time to try to figure out why my power meter wasn’t connecting. I was impressed by the attention they paid and answered all my questions.
The guys at both Trek locations I've been to (Lake Grove and Massapequa) have been friendly and helpful. Bill at Trek Massapequa and the two other gentlemen there (never got their names) are very nice people. They've been informative when I had questions about my bike and they did a great job servicing my Emonda.
