Everyone is exceptionally helpful. Since they did not have the model that I was looking for, I purchased my bike from another Trek store. Even so, they have always treated me as a valued customer. They are the closest Trek dealership to my location so I am very happy to trade there.

Customer service. Very chill and knowledgeable staff. I pretty much know what I wanted and got the answers to the questions I had to decide. We just needed to find the right size for my wife. Took their time and really explained riding position to her and seat height and got her all set up. Not pushy at all like some Trek stores I’ve been to in the past! Got our bikes ordered and they came in earlier than expected! Great pick up and throughly explained everything.
