Antonio provided a detailed list of what was needed to repair my bike, told me when the repair would take place, then during the repair he texted a photo of one additional component that needed replacing. When I arrived to pick up the bike there were no surprises on the bill and the bike rode like new again. Overall it was an Outstanding experience.

I always receive great service. The guys take the time to explain what needs to be done BEFORE they begin the maintenance. If additional work was needed, they, again, take the time to explain the work. I was having issues with a Trek ebike I purchased in another state. I brought it to the shop. One of the employees spent nearly an hour 1) ensuring the bike operated correctly, 2) reviewing the Trek app with me, and 3) adjusting the setting on the app to my needs. Again, a great shop.

The salesman, Joe, was very knowledgeable and helpful! We had visited the store a couple of weeks prior to our purchase to let my son test ride the bikes to know what he likes and what sizes to get for his upcoming birthday. There was no pressure to buy, and no pressure to look at the higher priced models first. When we retutned, Joe not only remembered us, but also remembered the bike my son had chosen. He was so helpful with the purchase. He explained to my son how to use certain features safely, and even installed the after market purchases on the bike for free! Joe was very patient with us and remembered to wish my son a happy birthday. I would definitely recommend this store for the customer service and reasonable prices for great products!
