Customer service. Very chill and knowledgeable staff. I pretty much know what I wanted and got the answers to the questions I had to decide. We just needed to find the right size for my wife. Took their time and really explained riding position to her and seat height and got her all set up. Not pushy at all like some Trek stores I’ve been to in the past! Got our bikes ordered and they came in earlier than expected! Great pick up and throughly explained everything.

Have had a Trek multitrack that was lost in a recent accident. I loved that bike and never had problems with it. Naturally, I’m replacing with another Trek. As for service, the guys in the Melbourne store are to notch. Fixed me up with new Verve 3 and even made a run to the Orlando store to get the color I wanted. Thanks guys. You’re great!
