I was looking to buy a Trek Flare RT rear light and decided to buy from Trek Bicycle Milton Keynes to give the LBS the business. These are good, reliable compact lights with a variety of modes and good battery life. The light was ready to collect within a couple of days. Always friendly service from the team at our Trek shop.

Great customer service at Trek Milton Keynes. Chris was mega, checked my bike over, quick fix on the gears and rear wheel true. Popped for a coffee and before I knew it the bike was ready to collect. Super happy!

I had an absolute 20/10 experience at Trek Bicycle Milton Keynes. I am beyond impressed and incredibly happy with my new bike! Chris was exceptionally patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the detailed pros and cons of the Checkpoint, Checkpoint+, and the new Checkout, helping me navigate the options to decide exactly which bike fit my needs and riding style the most. We even went on a test ride together, which was a huge help in making my final decision. What really blew me away was the level of care, after our test ride, Chris actually went to the store next door to get me ice and water. That kind of effort is rare and so appreciated! He didn't just stop at the bike; he guided me on which accessories to get, taught me the proper way to carry and load the bike into my car, and even invited me to join the Trek cycling meetups. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making the whole environment great to be in. I got exactly what I wanted and felt supported every step of the way. I genuinely recommend this store and Chris to anyone looking for a bike!
