Really impressed that the bike was ready when I went to collect, even though I hadn't confirmed when I was planning to come in. On order, the staff were helpful and gave good info on the C2W scheme that I wanted to make use of. Staff who handed over the bike explained the set up, helped adjust saddle/pump tyres etc and helped to recommend helmet and other accessories too.
Decent range in store and although some items/sizes were not in stock it’s very valuable in the purchase decision making process to see products first hand.
Service wise, attentive and knowledgeable and able to provide some basic workshop assistance while we waited, although I’m sure this might not always be possible. I do appreciate that the request was not dismissed out of hand but considered.
Having refreshments on hand was also highly appreciated given that we arrived mid ride. (Not sure if that’s because we were on Treks or not.
I received a phone call from the shop as soon as they realised the part I had ordered wasn't in stock. They arranged it to be ordered and sent directly from Trek HQ in Europe to my home address. It arrived within 2 days so I was very pleased and impressed by shop's customer service
Great service from Suresh. I was very undecided (as always!) and he gave some good advice and was very patient. Nice feeling in the shop, often offered a coffee or cold drink which is always nice! Thanks.
I very much enjoyed the support and explanation from both shop floor team and mechanic showing me the more technical enquiries
