The employees were very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The problem with my bike was quickly identified and fully explained to me and the cost of the repair (there were two quotes depending on which bearings were worn) was clearly defined. I left my bike with them at 11:30 and received a text at 12:47 to say the bike was ready for collection. What an amazing service absolutely first class.

Very friendly service and lots of expert and sensible advise regarding buying our first E Bikes. We also discussed what we had on our current bikes such as puncture proof tyres and how the same features are achieved on E bikes. We had already looked on line at the trek bikes as the range is vast and starting out we had looked at the Vere as the pricing is very attractive. However having a test ride the Allant +7 we soon decided that the was a superior bike and a pleasure to ride.
