Très bonne entreprise, le personnel, très sympathique, compétent, dévoué et extrêmement professionnel.
Personnellement, je demeure en Estrie à 2h de route de la boutique Trek Plateau Mont-Royal, et le jeu en vaut largement la chandelle.
Bref, je recommande à tout le monde, cette boutique et vous aurez une expérience client que l’on ne voit presque plus de nos jours…

Super expérience client. Le conseiller, aussi un triathlete a pris le temps de jaser de notre passion commune pour notre Sport.
J’ai fais l’achat d’un casque suite à une chute le jours avant en entraînement.

I came to the store because my vintage bike the fork had broken after 25 years old . I was greeted by manuel micone ! Quickly told me the firk is broken on the top and recommended a shop which I already knew very well ! We talked about bikes etc knowledgeable guy and it turned to the topic of a hybrid bike the trek FX5 sport . He let me try it fir a ride abd I left my drivers licence abd damaged bike . I took it for a ride and loved it . I hesitated to buy for I was not sure on the color and contemplating the 2025 model over this 2024 one ! I left the store abd slowly rode my damaged vintage bike to C&L shop for repair . I called the next morning to ride the bike again but it was sold ! I did find another 2024 fx5 sport at another LBS the following week . What made the difference is my interaction and service with Manuel and team . That interaction pretty well fueled and sparked the purchased ! I was familiar with the brand and models etc being a bike guy but not that particular model FX5 sport carbon ! Bravo Manuel and team !! When I returned to show them the bike a bottle , cage and helmet .. funny but I even met Manuel while I was looking for a 2024 fx5 sport medium that week on the bike trail as he was on a road bike and I was on the newly repaired vintage bike . We were chatting about bikes and treks as he was on a crazzzy road bike . I didn’t recognize him but even riding he was a great ambassador for the brand !! Talking with pride on what he was riding ! Yup I am also looking for a trek domane SL5 54 cm which I will get at your store because the service and I am sure you will not only get the bill of sale and that’s it . Post sale equally as important , which will sell accessories but more importantly educate your clients and retain them to the brand and store . A lot of lbs unfortunately just give you the reciept once paid and that’s it . They really miss an opportunity especially when spending several Ks etc thank you Manuel and everybody at the trek st denis location . Now please get me a deal on the trek domane either sl5 or al5 54 cm
