Just moved to Montrose and purchased two bikes from Trek Bicycle Montrose. The customer service was amazing…Mike and Zack were incredibly helpful and friendly. They could not have made us feel more welcome or appreciated. It may be a Trek store, but it’s as local as can be. So great to have found our go-to bike shop in our new town!

The Trek staff did an amazing job with my bike tune up. Not only that, but they make a converted effort to connect to customers and the community. They donated 10 bike from their 'Trade up' program and 14 youth bike helmets to local youth in need through the non-profit Friends of Youth and Nature. Connecting to and building community is truly their specialty!

Took my fifteen year old Trek FX7.2 bike in for a tune up before I ride the Katy Trail in Missouri and it came back like new. Shifting is much easier, squeaks and groans not there anymore which makes me feel better about going on the 200 mile trip.

You always tuneup my bikes and are always just like new. Now I have a new bike rack and it is awesome. So easy and looks great as far as durable. Each time I go in the Trek all people that have been workers there are always helpful and just seem nice and no what they are doing. Rodney
