Best customer service around! I bought my bike from here a few years ago, and I get it serviced here. Steve has worked on my bike the last couple years, and he is very knowledgeable and detailed in his inspection and recommendations. He also shows me how to do some of the maintenance to empower me to do some of it on my own to take care of my bike. I highly recommend this store and everyone who works here. I've worked with Steve, TK, and Brian, and they're all incredible. I even took my mom here to look at bikes, and she got one. She has been so happy with her experience here and how she was treated here as well. :) Best. Service. AND. People. EVER.

Brian was very professional and thorough. He helped me take the bikes apart and get them.in my camry lol it was remarkable. He was so sweet and if I had 5k I'd buy 2 mor bikes from you just because of him.

Brian, Steve and TK are excellent. They know what they’re doing and they do a good PR job. Steve is a great mechanic- knows what he is doing. I have been going to bicycle shops for decades. He’s the best I’ve ever seen. Being a lifelong resident I send all my bicycle friends to Trek.
