I bought a new bike and they made sure everything was up to my standards. They even put a warranty claim in for new brakes for no charge because it wasn’t up to the shops standards. The staff is willing to help and they listen and are excellent. Pay them more!

I had an amazing experience with this store! Steve took the time to walk me through my options and even let me try a bike out in the parking lot. I have avoided bike shops in the past because people either didn't have the time for me or were very snobby. I had stopped by this shop to get an older bike looked at and went back because there were so customer focused. Great customer service! Super knowledgeable for all levels of biking. Highly recommend!

The service I received at Trek was efficient and friendly. My tire was flat, and Steve was able to fix it while I waited. He went above and beyond to make sure my bike was and ready to ride. I will be back, and I’ve already recommended Trek to a friend.

Of course Trek bikes have a great reputation and the name speaks for itself. The Murfreesboro store in particular had a very good selection of several style bikes and accessories. I bought my bike and they had the pedal upgrade I was looking for. Maybe the best part of the experience were the employees there. Both were very attentive to me and the other customers that came in while I was there. Steve was very helpful and answered all my questions and made sure I understood the functions of my bike.

Just went in to have a flat tire fixed on a busy Saturday. Employee went right to work fixing my tire and he was done in just a few minutes. Great price and excellent customer service.

Pleasant, friendly atmosphere from the moment I walked through the front door with my great grandson's bike with the flat rear tire. The tire was repaired and I was on the way home in about 15 minutes - The kind of service that will make me a customer in the future. Give them a try!
