So far really expressed with the staff at the Trek store in Murfreesboro. I am also excited about my new Trek bike.

Steve, TK and Ryan take care of you if you let them take care of you. I don’t own a Trek bike nor have I purchased much of their inventory but they treat my Scott like their own. Small adjustments are done quickly if they have the time. Couldn’t be happier to have started going to these guys for my bike needs. Wish they had an espresso machine and couch to just hang out barbershop style 😉

The service was fantastic. Ryan (I believe) got us exactly what we wanted for our son, very friendly and attentive. When we came to pick up his helmet again and have a gear checked the man at the counter (didn’t catch his name) was very helpful and kind.

Best customer service around! I bought my bike from here a few years ago, and I get it serviced here. Steve has worked on my bike the last couple years, and he is very knowledgeable and detailed in his inspection and recommendations. He also shows me how to do some of the maintenance to empower me to do some of it on my own to take care of my bike. I highly recommend this store and everyone who works here. I've worked with Steve, TK, and Brian, and they're all incredible. I even took my mom here to look at bikes, and she got one. She has been so happy with her experience here and how she was treated here as well. :) Best. Service. AND. People. EVER.
