The service I experienced at Trek store was impeccable! The first time I went in I was greeted right away, welcoming me into the store. Everyone was busy working on bikes and helping other guests. I was looking for a mountain bike, and it was a success. Jim was extremely helpful and guided me in the right direction for what kind of bike would best suit me. He suggested some safety accessories to go along with the bike too. I asked if they would look at my son's bike that needed repair. They did, and fixed it all up and even cleaned it. It's like brand new. Some of the parts had to be ordered and Jim was great communicating with me on when it would be ready.
Thank you Trek store, especially Jim!!!!! 100% Awesome experience. Ride On!!

I am very happy with Trek Napa. Each person treats me like a king and really are intuitive to my needs. After picking up my bike from the shop, they were observing me loading my bike in my car. one of them (i'm sorry, i'm bad with names) came out and asked if i needed assistance. that's really stellar and intuitive. One week or so before, i had to get my tires repaired. they didn't note any repair needed, but just needed my tires filled with anti flat gel. They didnt charge me and said it was complementary. but even before this, i was looking for a brace for my iphone. one of the employees gave me theirs. so, yes i am very IMPRESSED with this shop. no one can beat these guys and it really really speaks loads to their approach to providing care and support to their customers. i'm always at ease here and always look forward to getting my bike serviced.
