I am very happy with Trek Napa. Each person treats me like a king and really are intuitive to my needs. After picking up my bike from the shop, they were observing me loading my bike in my car. one of them (i'm sorry, i'm bad with names) came out and asked if i needed assistance. that's really stellar and intuitive. One week or so before, i had to get my tires repaired. they didn't note any repair needed, but just needed my tires filled with anti flat gel. They didnt charge me and said it was complementary. but even before this, i was looking for a brace for my iphone. one of the employees gave me theirs. so, yes i am very IMPRESSED with this shop. no one can beat these guys and it really really speaks loads to their approach to providing care and support to their customers. i'm always at ease here and always look forward to getting my bike serviced.

Mark and his team did a great job setting me up with a new Domane+ bike which has been a game changer in my cycling endeavours. After the purchase, they provide quick and efficient service and great advice on upgrades and other equipment that improved my biking experience. I highly recommend to check tem out for bike service and new bike prchase. They know their stuff and are efficent and friendly.
