The staff were abfab. Thomas with helping me select a bike and accessories and helping me mount the bike. Sam for helping me mount stuff on the new bike and telling mw about apps to download. Warren was great at installing stuff on the bike as well.

Products are what you'd expect from a professional bike ship. I always feel like I'm part of the family when I visit Goodales of Nashua NH. The service employees are very pleasant and do not let me wait before helping. The sales people take the appropriate time to explain, answering my questions.
