Came in for a shifting issue and the bike tech took the time to look at it and make a quick fix for me saving me a lot of headache. I was fully planning on dropping my bike off and he was like let me look at it first. He also helped me by some maintenance oil etc. and showed me how to fix the issue if it arises again.
