I was impressed by both your vast inventory of bikes and accessories as well the support that I received from your sales associate. I knew exactly what I wanted and was directed to the bike quickly. I also purchased a few accessories which were installed on the spot. The product warranty was explained as well the complimentary tune up. I was in and out in no time which is what I was hoping for

I like that it’s not Chinese direct to Consumer brand bikes that don’t last. I wanted an ebike, but I want a bike first! I recognize Trek as a quality bicycle brand and their adoption to e-bikes just made sense. Goodale’s was great and it was an easy purchase.

Ned and Pat were very helpful and knowledgeable. I already knew the bike I wanted to purchase, but they made the purchase process easy, got me set up with the accessories I needed, and communicated clearly. Ned in particular shared some great tips for things to check out on the trails in the area, which I really appreciated. Very happy with my experience at Goodale’s!

I bought my bike years ago at another place. I am now in the Nashua area and needed to have a few modifications made on my mountain bike : new seat and a stem riser etc. The sales/service staff listened to what I needed, took measurements and made suggestions. They were professional, knowledgeable and made the modifications fast. I am so happy to be back on my bike again enjoying the outdoors. I highly recommend Goodales bike shop and will be using them for any future service needs as well any new bike & accessory purchases.

I brought my Cannondale Lefty gravel bike in for a service and new tires and Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out future service items that need to be addressed but not pushy about doing them right away. Very much a “go put some miles on it and see what you think first before changing/updating components” type of mentality which I love. Nick helped size me up for new riding shoes and was also awesome to work with. Seems like the team here works like a well oiled machine in taking care of customers and I look forward to coming back for my future riding needs!

Amazing service. Picked up the bike from my apartment, handled it with care, evaluated exact service needed, charged fair price, followed up when done, delivered bike with care. Made it seamless given I don’t have a vehicle that can carry the bike.
