The service was fantastic. I went in with a broken rear derailer and left 30 minutes later all fixed up. Plus, the dog is adorable--a real plus. The only disappointment was that the store only carries TREK bikes now. Usually, when I went in there, I found a lot of bikes to dream about, but this time, with just a TREK MONOPOLY i was disappointed and will shop elsewhere before buying our next bike. The store used to carry more than 40 types of helmets and other gear, now nearly nothing. Same with clothing. Just not what it was previously. But that's corporations... all about monopoly.
