After I found Goodales I knew immediately it was going to be my bike shop. I’m a big fan of trek products for their reliability and toughness. Now about the shop, everyone there is a professional and more importantly they want to know your name. You easily without trying become friends with everyone there, believe me I’m a little bit of an introvert…😂. The techs will do anything and everything to get you going immediately. Unfortunately everything can’t be a quick fix and even in their busy season they get your bikes back asap… I recommend everyone I know to just stick their head in the door and see it for themselves ….

Great low-pressure sales. Grif helped me get everything I needed to start my gravel experience, but did not try to upsell. Great store with plenty of inventory. This is my second bike from Goodales, and I will be shopping there for my next purchase.

The bike tech I met was very knowledgeable and personable. I learned new things about my biking hobby while I was watching him fix my wheel. I would 1000% recommend visiting Goodale's for anything bike related.
