This is more about service. Special shout out to Jake. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Walked me through the entire bike I brought in for service. On a scale of one to ten Jake gets a twenty.

The staff person (I didn't get her name) got me the rear light mount I knew I needed for one bike, then figured out which mount I needed for the bike I brought in and got it for me. Very knowledgeable and friendly, interested in knowing my problem and finding a solution.

The selection is awesome and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Any time I have a question or need recommendations for gear or parts, people either have an answer or refer me to a different staff person who knows the answer. If what I need isn't in stock, they go above and beyond to help me find it.
