It's great to see the familiar, friendly, smiling faces of Shane and Blair as we entered the store. Shane quickly helped us determine that the grips we wanted to replace were original to the Specialized bike that we purchased new from Goodales 10 years ago. Griffin then gave us great, helpful, attentive service to help us fine replacement grips and new helmets.
