Goodales Bike Shop was incredibly helpful in servicing my daughter’s older Schwinn. It needed new tires, a new chain, lubrication, and a thorough deep clean. When we picked it up, the bike looked practically brand new. They were also kind enough to store it for a couple of extra weeks until we were able to collect it, which made things so much easier for us. On pickup, one of the staff members even helped us install the bike rack on our car and showed us how to properly secure the bike to it. Overall, the team at Goodales Bike Shop was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend them for any cycling needs—you won’t be disappointed.

Jake was very responsive to my problem... a flat tire. He got right to it. It turned out to be more of a problem than was obvious. The old rim had the smallest of poke-through by a spoke than caused the flat. He replaced the rim rubber band, installed a new tube, remounted the rear tire on the bike. When he tightened the wheel nuts, he discovered the bearings were in bad shape. He estimated the cost of a replacement wheel and derailer, but said that I should be able to get this season out of it, given the type of riding I do. I appreciate Jake's thoroughness and his knowledge, but most of all... his honest assessment of my problem and did not try to sell me an expensive repair that I was not prepared to purchase at this time. Will you see me again? YOU ABSOLUTELY WILL!!! Paul Chizook.
