The bike techs and service/sales team are super cool dudes. They are always willing to help and address any issues or assist with purchasing products. Whoever repaired (rear brake and shifting) my bike recently is awesome. He addressed the issue , which had been one since I purchased the bike and already had serviced several times. Also (Allen) who helped us find a bike for my son and order it, was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
