I went to New Farm Trek store, where Norbert was extremely helpful in explaining what my options were for my level of cycling experience and needs. He spent time explaining and didn't rush, which sometimes happens when i have gone into bike shops in the past. As a woman, it was good to be treated as a serious customer. I have been to many other bike shops in Brisbane and found that being a woman shopping for a bike and for follow up services, i have not been taken very seriously.
Norbert advised that the Trek Domane for my size would need to be shipped from the supplier and would take several weeks. He took down my details and promised to keep me updated on progress. And he kept his word, keeping me posted on progress, which rarely happens from other retailers or service providers. This sets Norbert and Trek New Farm apart, demonstrating excellent customer service, which is pretty rare these days. Well done, Norbert and Trek New Farm, I will be recommending their service and products to my cycling friends. Thank you.
