The fact that John was equally excited about our old and tired tandem bike as he was about all the other snazzy bikes in the shop - he genuinely was optimistic that the team could clean it up and repair it - and they did! There is one very happy Udel student riding around town on her tandem bike today. Thank you for the great service.

The staff at the Newark store are wonderful. Always super helpful, give good advice with no pressure. The work is done well and with a smile. That store seems to be a staple for the local biking community, which is important to many of us. I'm very pleased with the two Trek bikes I've purchased there in the last few years.

Dan was awesome!!!! My son's chain broke right before we left for camping. Dan told me to bring it and got us back up and biking in 10 minutes. Dan is the man!!!!!
