I have had my e-bike for 5 years and the motor developed a problem. My many thanks to Ben and the gang at TREK for standing with me and replacing the entire motor in co-operationn with Bosch for a total charge of zero under warranty, which they did not have to do. They did not even charge me for the time they put in to test, test ride, test some more, and eventually swap motors. This staff is extremely caring about their customers with an emphasis on selling fun and not just service and parts. I offer my many thanks to all of the staff that had a part in getting me back on the trails Pete Parlett

I consider this a big box bike shop, carrying only Trek. I have purchased two bikes here and continue to stop in a chat with the great employees that make it feel like a local mom and pop store. I’m from south jersey and its location close to white clay and fair hills is priceless.

Friendly, helpful staff. Last time, in October 2024 - flat back tire. You 'fixed' it. Problem was? It was flat every single day - from the day I picked it up from your shop. I didn't complain since I don't drive. It's an ordeal to have my son bring my bike to the shop. I just hand pumped about 55psi in the back tire, every single day since October 2024. I love my bike and further, depend on it. For health reasons and other. You are very professional. I know, had I returned my bike a day or two later, your staff would have made it right. Maybe you should inquire more, about people (especially SR citizens) who have special needs? LIke, even getting their bike to the shop? Hard for me to say something bad though. Service is honest and good.
