I just brought my Trek bike in for its first service at the Newark location, and I couldnā€™t be happier with the experience. Even though I originally purchased my bike at a different Trek store (which was also great), this was my first time at the Newark shopā€”and I honestly like it even better! The team here is awesomeā€”super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They didnā€™t try to upsell me on anything I didnā€™t need, which I really appreciated. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting my bike in top shape rather than just making a sale. Iā€™ll definitely be coming back to this location for all my future service needs. The service is always very efficient, friendly, and thorough. I interact mostly with John, both Dans, occasionally Ben, and they always make me feel at home and better off than when I walked in. Thanks Trek, Newark!
