Very personal, great service. I needed to have two bikes have minor repairs that I didn’t purchase there. They fixed everything quickly and perfectly and made you feel welcome at their shop. Highly recommend this place.

The service guy, Joe (I think) was wonderful. He took such good care of my son’s bike and treated it as if it was an expensive bike! I also think he realized my son has special needs and was very kind to him while showing him how to oil his chain. Afterwards, we couldn’t get the bike in my car and another fellow (didn’t catch his name) came out and helped us, with kindness and patience. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service these two guys showed us and appreciate it more than I can say. That’s not always the case when my son and I show up at places!

I'm very impressed with the trek brand of products. I've had my Checkpoint ALR-5 for a little over 2 years and I've only needed to replace the tires. The quality is top notch and the service at the Newark Trek shop is second to none and the techs go above and beyond every time.

The bike that I brought to the service shop needed a significant amount of work. The repairs were completed very well and on time (even a bit early). The bike is now being ridden by a very happy grandchild. The staff was very friendly and and easy to talk with - highly recommend them.

Bought a 20inch child’s bike last June and your pricing was the same yesterday when we made another purchase of the same bike. Helmets were more costly however.
