People in the store are friendly and knowledgeable and clearly enjoy cycling themselves. They didn't try to upsell me on a bike out of my budget like some stores try to do, and worked with me to get everything I needed at a great price.

Trek of Newark has always taken care of my questions and need of service. I have bought new Trek road bikes and hybrid bikes as well. They always have a nice supply if products. The employees at the Trek in Newark are amazing! They know me by name, take care of my issues, take the time to explain my new bike to me & are always happy to see me! They handle my bike with care & recently helped me pick out tires for it that will be more durable. I drive 1.5 hours because I trust them and love their great customer service! I have been riding Trek since 2011. I changed from Cannondale to Trek & I would not switch brands! The team there helped me build my dream bicycle! Thanks Newark Trek employees for always making my experience enjoyable!

I purchased my bike online and when I arrive everything was ready to go! They gave us accessory recommendations and there was no pressure to upsell us on any accessories. I did end up purchasing an accessory and they quickly installed it. They gave us excellent advice and quickly got us in and out. I was so impressed that instead of going to our local bike line, a few days later came back and my boyfriend purchased a bike where we got the same great experience and even was notified that we both get a free level 1 service. I couldn’t be more happy. Daniel was fabulous. 11/10 recommend to anyone!
