this is my first trek bike - very excited to start my biking journey

Zach and John really listened to my concerns. You can tell they enjoy working with their customers. They took very good care of me and my bike.

Quality merchandise and friendly staff!

The staff was extremely helpful! Thanks to [FIRST NAME REMOVED]!!!

The best customer service I ever had!

Super friendly and knowledgable!

The quality of the bike rides wonderful

The person who helped me was very knowledgable about frames for children. It was my daughter's first bicycle so I wanted to get something I knew would be safely assembled and hold up over time. I was also unaware of Trek's trade up program where as the child grows they can bring in the old bike for a discount on a newer frame. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone else looking for a bicycle.

I appreciate Zack walking me through everything. Thanks for building my bike so quickly! Went for a ride yesterday and it felt great!

Very knowledgeable about the bikes but also about other accessories also very friendly staff

Great bikes- durable, functional and comfortable. I have had 2- FX7500 Hybrid, for over 20 years- still use it. Estimate has 20,000 plus miles on it- still running great! Also, have the Checkpoint SL5 - biked from the East Coast to the West Coast on it last year and it performed beautifully! Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable and products in general excellent! Thank you.

Excellent quality bikes and great staff.

Love the quality and style of Trek products. The service was very good also, and very helpful. There a little expensive though, and the accessories, but great products.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very attentive to my needs.

Work was appraised and I felt the staf were direct, honest and courteous. Work was comp;eted on a timely basis, charges reasonable and my bike rides beautifully.

David, Zach, Carl, they were all great. I originally came in to look at bikes because I had entered a local bike shop and just got a weird vibe. I had mentioned my price range, and the person who was helping me basically told me at that price range, there was no difference in what I was looking for. It really just turned me off from that shop, because they seemed to be more focused towards the higher-end bikes, at least that's the vibe I was getting. When I stepped into Trek Newington, I was met by Zach. He took the time to understand where I was coming from, what I was going to be using the bike for, and gave me a bunch of options. He talked me through the different aspects of each bike and what I was getting in the different models. The computers were down that day, so I wasn't able to sit on the model I was looking for, but Zach made sure one got put together so that when I came back I had the chance to sit on a frame. When I came back, I met David. He also took the time to understand what I was looking for, and helped me make a final decision. He also gave suggestions as far as safety devices and helmets. Overall he made the process very easy and straightforward. It was also helpful that many of the items were in stock, so I was able to see them in person and get a feel for them. Online shopping doesn't do that for me. 2 weeks later I came in to pick up the bike because David had called me and told me everything was all set. When I came in, David and Carl helped my put the finishing touches on the bike, adjust things to my liking, and gave me the rundown on how it worked and what was included. They helped me mount the car rack to my car and get the bike secured. I didn't listen to David when I first stopped in and thought a different style of helmet would work for me. When I came back in, I thought it over, and decided to go with the helmet David had originally recommended. Overall it was an A+ buying experience, and it really came down to the people who were working there. They know their stuff, and they are easy going. Also shout out to the people in hats who were working on the bikes when I first came in. I forgot their names, but I want to acknowledge them too. They were chill.

Took time to serve us.
