Excellent crew at Trek Newington. The sales people are super knowledgeable, and take the time to ask questions to ensure you purchase the right bike and accessories. Service is also excellent with clear communication and outstanding work. Trek Newington should be your first stop for sales and service if you are in need. While I have to travel a bit to get there, I will continue to do so. Thanks for all that you do.

Received professional and courteous service from the moment I walked in the door at Trek Bicycle Newington. Zac heartedly greeted me and answered my questions before turning me over to John, the bike mechanic who was going to do a safety check and install new pedals. Employees treated me with respect, kindness and patience. I was able to get my 3 bikes serviced in a reasonable time. Both my daughters were in the store that day. One daughter bought a double bike trailer for her 2 year old and my other daughter bought a new bike for her daughter. She was happy with the service she received as well as the trade in policy. The price of the new bike had risen quite a bit in less than a year ($445 to $585 for same bike) but I am not sure who is responsible for setting the prices. It would be nice if they had some type of loyalty program to help reduce the price a little since we have bought a number of bikes over the years and now my daughters are continuing to buy bicycles. That would be my only suggestion. Customer service and products are great.

Personal service, above and beyond assisting me with my flat tire. Also added oil to my dry chain to help smooth out shifting gears and even loaded my bike back into the car for me. Great products and professional staff

I really appreciated finding a bike that fit me and my size and the service was very accommodating especially for some one like myself who is new to biking in general. Their patience was noted and their knowledge on bikes made me feel as if I were in the right hands.
