Your sales and service staff are excellent. Purchased a bike at this location for my grandson a few years ago, but he recently hit a few curbs and messed up the back rim. Completely expected that I’d need to purchase a new one, but your techs were able to repair it instead, at a reasonable price. Awesome customer service! Thanks, Gary Nelson

I had a great experience there. It’s my second time buying a Trek bike at the store, and both of them were excellent experiences. The gentleman who helped me, David, was excellent in every category – knowledgeable, personable, very helpful, answered all the questions and then some, and spoke my language ☺️ I’ll definitely be going back for tuneups and accessories. Recommend 10 out of 10.
