Staff is very friendly, brought my rim in to be trued, was told it could be a few days for the mechanics to get around to it with there schedule, which was no problem at all as it was a last minute thing for me. They messaged me the next day saying my rim was done and ready for pick up.

I just purchased a Trek Rail ebike from Trek in San Marcos, the 2rd bike I've purchased from Trek. Kelley assisted me in determining which model of E-mountain bikes fit my needs best and was able to get the right size for me from another location, all at a phenomenal sales price. I've had maintenance and repairs on my road bikes at Trek for the last 11 years with good results every time.
