This is a very lightweight mountain bike featuring a durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum frame and high-performance, tubeless tires designed for reduced rolling resistance. I recently purchased the Rosco model, which is equipped with a responsive front suspension and a lightweight, aerodynamic design, making handling smooth and responsive on technical trail sections. I plan to upgrade to a full-suspension bike in the future to better handle more rugged, challenging terrain, such as steep inclines and rocky paths. Additionally, the bike shop staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through various options and helping me find a model that fit my budget and riding needs.

The woman that helped us was incredible! She fixed the bike so well and ease our concerns about it. It was noticeable how much better she made the bike. She was patient, kind, and clearly knows what she is doing. She is the type of person that makes me trust the work on the bike and will make me always coming back here.

This store is incredible. I have had 3 experiences so far with the North County location and they have all made this my go to shop when I have things I need done with my bike. The team is kind, patient, and educational. When I came in first, they advised me on the right components to purchase for a bike repair. The second time when I brought that bike in for repair they were kind and focused on how to get the result I wanted the most direct way possible, which was a breath of fresh air. Most recently I took in my new gravel bike for its 30 day check up and the service manager went above and beyond to ensure that my bike was running top notch. Other times I have felt repelled by shops for not understanding the mechanical aspects and relied on local co-ops to learn, while here I felt included and educated about how to make my bike run its best. My wife is in the market for a new bike, and of the choices I have leaned towards Trek because I know the North County team can kindly and professionally handle anything that could come up.
