I bought a Fuel EX and was very happy with the service and transaction. Tony was very helpful, patient while I test rode and compared a couple bikes, answered all my questions, and was zero pressure when I said I was going to sleep on it. I ended up buying the bike I wanted two days later and Ricardo was equally helpful when I went to pick the bike up. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the female assistant manager that also helped write the quote but the entire team was great. This shop will be top of my list when I buy my next bike as well.

Wow, what an experience! The North County San Marcos Trek store employees were outstanding.
First time in your store and we were accessory shopping on Saturday. We were treated so nicely by Chelsea and a male employee, name unknown, that we went home and returned a cheaper Walmart bike we had bought, so we could purchase one through your store.
Came back to the Trek store on Monday and bought an Electra Townie. Excellent experience again. Chelsea, Vern and the man, forget his name, who set up the new bike , showed me a cycling app and helped place the bike in my car, all went above and beyond to help.
Your employees were kind, knowledgeable, friendly, listened to determine what was needed and placed me in an incredible bike. We feel lucky to have such a fantastic store to go to and YOU are lucky to have them all as employees!!

With so few bike shops, most do not have the skill level, the speed and friendly customer service I receive every time I go to Trek. The bikes are priced like high fashion and it is totally justified. The wide spectrum of colors and styles blow my mind. Trek doesn't let just anyone service their brand. I don't think they could pay those repair technicians enough money for what they do. You'd expect to pay a ton for repairs but I've only been shocked by how little they ask for. My bike is vital to me I can't see myself taking it anywhere else. Well also because I literally live next door to Trek and I'm not dragging a disabled 90-lb ebike across town. That would be stupid.

I have been a long time trek bike owner and rider. I get all my bike service done at this Trek store and my experience has been that the repair gets done properly. There are times when the service time is longer than an addicted biker would be happy with, but outside of these busy times this is the place to get your bike serviced.

All the staff so friendly and helpful I needed a tire replaced and a tech was just coming back from lunch break as I was talking to Ricardo about it and he said he could take care of it right away so we didn’t have to come back 10 minutes later we were on our way! I won’t shop anywhere else you have earned my business for life have purchased two bikes and multiple services for the bike and about to buy my wife a new FX. No recommendations for improvement all in all a great experience.
