The service is great. The employees that have helped me are always very knowledgeable and friendly. All the gear is premium quality. I’ve haven’t had a complaint. When I was looking for new pedals, the guy helping me found a set online and ordered it for me and was able to match pricing. Thank you team Trek!

Can say enough about the incredible customer service in the maintenance department. Adam and Jerry are awesome! Both are knowledgeable, personable, and honest. They only recommend service if it's absolutely necessary and when it is, the job is completed in a timely manner and of the highest quality. For all you bike repair needs, look no further because these guys are the best.
