We were looking to get some bikes but weren't sure which one to get. Our sales person, Kristoffer Volkert was very knowledgeable and helpful. Between his knowledgeable and being able to test drive several bikes, Kristoffer Volkert helped us find bikes that would fit our needs. He was so kind and helpful through the whole process.

Listen, Nate is the best. He's funny with a dry sense of humor. He is super knowledgeable. Been trying to figure out what is wrong with my chain for months and another shop said it was user error. Nate found the issue in 10 mins. He always takes good care of my bike. He is the coolest. All the other folks are friendly too.

Nate is knowledgeable and accommodating. The mechanics are top-notch. Service is performed quickly and always well done. A stage 2 tune-up restores your bike to new again. This is the best place for custom orders and advice. It’s my go-to bike store.
