Nolan was exceptionally helpful in helping my grandson get sized and fitted for a bicycle. The knowledge and interaction with my grandson were great. My grandson was able to test ride a couple of bikes and Nolan answered all my questions and was not pushing for a sale. I did not purchase a bike initially but returned later to purchase the bike my grandson liked as a gift for him. I did some research and comparisons on kids bikes and found that the shifting components that TREX bikes have are safer and best for new learners. the breaking was smooth, and the bike weight was light. The trade in policy sealed the deal for me as my grandson is 8 and will most likely grow out of this bike in the next 3 years. I highly recommend TREX bikes!!
