My wife loves her Trek E-bike. We have also found that everyone at the store in North Raleigh (off of Durant Rd) to be very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with....This is not only the couple of sales guys, but also the people in the service area. They make you feel important and seem to want to make you happy.....this is what customer service is all about....they are a great staff.....
