I had an issue with my front wheel yesterday and brought my bike in. The team had it fixed within 2 hours, which allowed me to still go out for my ride, that alone was impressive. What really stood out was the service. I was never left waiting or wondering, there was always someone checking in to make sure I was being helped. Communication was clear, expectations were well set, and they delivered exactly as promised.

I like the discount on the fuel options as a runner frequenting a bike shop. I hadn't realized the discount would make it a better place to shop than REI than when I compared prices later on at home. I will always come here to stock up for my races as long as they have the deals active!
