The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought in a Bosch 36v 400 wH battery for assistance. The battery was from a Terra Trike Ramble. It was not a battery that they sold with the Trek eBikes, but they took the battery and tried to do the analysis. Within a couple of days, they had not only run the diagnostics on the battery, but they had also restored the full functionality to the BMS.
