In terms of the products, trek is a great brand and has been around for a long time, so I trust it. For this specific store I really enjoyed working with Nolan. He got me setup with my new bike and did a great job explaining all the new features and how to operate everything properly. He got me properly fitted after a few test drives and was really nice and helpful overall.

I recently purchased the Domane SL 5 (less than a week ago and have only ridden about 13 miles since taking it home) but it's been the perfect fit for me! Nolan initially consulted with me and listened to my concerns and goals and matched me with the right size and right bike. He discussed all its features before I even left the store with it and answered any and all questions I had. I feel very comfortable returning to the store for any issues or concerns that may arise or just to say Hi!
