About a year after buying a Trek Domaine 5 at the North Raleigh store I began to notice slippage when shifting gears on Umstead gravel trails. The Trek service rep diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately at no charge (rear wheel had become slightly loose on the frame causing gear misalignment).
