The whole purchasing experience was excellent. Tom and Nathan were both great. The initial visit with Tom in particular was a highlight. He went above and beyond with the test ride ensuring the bike was setup extremely well, even adjusting the shock and fork pressures, after the first test ride to ensure it was getting closer to the ideal initial setup. The bike is amazing and I can't wait to get it out on the trails and properly get to know it properly. 🤘😎🚵‍♂️

First of all, the shop is well laid out. It's easy to walk around and browse. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The price I paid for the items purchased was reasonable.
