Every time I enter the shop I am greeted warmly and that makes me feel so welcomed. Ryan and Jose have been the two people that have assisted me. They are quite knowledgeable about the bikes, equipment and riders' needs. They have never been pushy as they are always supportive and helpful. I recommend visting this bike shop to anyone that has questions about their bikes.

I've brought my bike into Trek Oakland several times, they are always speedy and helpful. Most recently I bought the bike in when I was in time pinch, they were able to help me quickly, with knowledgeable mechanics, and great friendly service.

This is a top notch place. Came in to buy a chain. Ryan suggested I bring it in just to make sure there was not a reason that my chain broke. I came down that afternoon and he asked his amazing tech, Brian, to look at it while I waited. So nice! Found and fixed the root of the problem, replaced the chain, and adjusted the derailer. All for a super reasonable price. I was on my way in 1/2 hour. These guys are good.
