I like that the mechanics act like my partners in trouble-shooting the (new to me) electronics symptoms of my now several years old e-bike. Our conversations require a back and forth that may take a little longer to match mechanical issues to the operating symptoms and determine an appropriate repair(s).
Finding trustworthy, competent and reliable mechanics takes a little time, and almost never happens until the bike gets a few good miles on it. Kudos to this crew.
Solid company, with solid products that are backed up with a brick and mortar store I can go to and get what I need, when I need it! Most recently, I needed a couple bottle cages. Called and spoke with Luca at your Oakland store. He hooked me up with 4, which were all on a close out sale; saved a ton of $$. Thanks Oakland team!
