Every one of the guys at the Oakland, California, store went to bat to fix the shifter for the back cassette on my Seven bike. It was an outdated Campagnolo Record part, and they finally got Campy to send what was needed. They really went in 100% to do the job. Plus they saved me a LOT of money because the alternative was a new drive chain at the current gazillion dollars for Record. It took a while, but it was worth the wait. And my bike got tuned up to utter spiffiness — I haven’t seen handlebar tape replaced so beautifully in quite a long time, etc. Thanks, guys!

I love my Domane+. The service matches the bike. There are questions I don’t know I should ask but Ryan asked ME! As a result I have sealant in my tires and I know how to do it myself. I also learned a few “don’ts” re tire removal and bike racks. Michael B.

I had a very pleasant experience with Jose. I have ordered shoes in a way too small size for pickup, and Jose helped me get one of the remaining pairs to the shop. Upon pickup, he helped me put the cleats on the new shoes. Extremely helpful and a pleasant experience.

The whole process of purchasing a bike was straightforward and the staff made it so easy. I was able to hold the bike with a deposit and then check it out and complete the purchase in person. The staff was incredibly helpful and well-informed and answered all my questions. I'm really happy to have found my son's birthday bike(!) at this shop!
