This is the first bike I’ve bought for myself in my adult life. I had no idea about bikes, Ryan and Luca answered all the questions I had so I wouldn’t leave with any regrets. They fit me in to the right bike and educated me along the way. Great customer service and I highly recommend you see them. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Service was excellent. Brought in a broken wheel from a bike, not purchased at the store. Staff took the time to help us out, did a great job with quick turnaround. My plan is to save enough money to buy an e-bike and keep using this team and store.
I've had my Trek Rail for a couple of years now, and the after-the-sale service has always been fast friendly and reasonable. Just exchanged a tire - no receipt needed because of course, they remember the day I bought it. Probably three months ago. Love this place.
Luca was great. He was informative and knowledgeable. Kept in the loop throughout the ordering process and he even followed up to see how I enjoyed the bike.

The staff at Trek Bicycle Oakland is always excellent, providing efficient and thorough repairs and tune-ups for my bicycle. When I recently brought in my e-bike with a flat tire, Luka (sp?) carefully reviewed both tires, determining that I was in need of a new tire, not just inner tube. Their work was completed within the hour, with both present staff (including the manager) both being friendly and helpful.

several issues emanating from the fact that my husband has Alzheimer’s and issues must be kept simple. The manager helped us make a good decision!
