Very well-built bikes and accessories for beginners and seasoned riders alike and the sales staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. I told the associate that I had some trail riding experience and was looking for a good entry level mountain bike that had room for me to grow into and that's exactly what he directed me to. I like that Trek builds bikes with quality components that don't break the bank and price beginners out of the hobby.

Ability to order items and pick them up at the store within a couple of days for free! Great bunch of guys at the Okemos store! They were very nice and took time to help me even though they were clearly busy working on bikes. Really appreciated that!

I took my bike in for service on the gears. It was a small job. They took it right away and fixed a frayed cable. I also had a new seat put on. If I don’t like it I can return the seat in 30 days. I was then out the door with my bike. Much appreciated .

Dave was incredibly patient and explained the difference between various gravel bike options. He encouraged a test ride on several options to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I realize these guys are in tbe business of selling bikes, but Trek Okemos is also in the business of ensuring you get the right bike for you. I haven't been on a road bike in decades, but I knew when I left the store with mine in my car that I had made the best choice for me. You can't put a pricetag on that.
