Dave was incredibly patient and explained the difference between various gravel bike options. He encouraged a test ride on several options to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I realize these guys are in tbe business of selling bikes, but Trek Okemos is also in the business of ensuring you get the right bike for you. I haven't been on a road bike in decades, but I knew when I left the store with mine in my car that I had made the best choice for me. You can't put a pricetag on that.
