The techs at the Okemos location were very knowledgeable, and it was very clear that they have a passion for their work. Every question that I had they did their best to answer, and they were very knowledgeable to direct me to whatever answer I needed during the purchasing process!

The Okemos Trek store staff members were exceptionally helpful from the first visit to order and delivery. They patiently answered my never-ending questions, explained everything in detail, and made helpful recommendations. I’m happy with my new bike so far and plan to visit this store for all my future bike/cycling-related needs.

Dave is always willing to share his cycling knowledge and also to recommend products that may be useful to me. When it comes to service, my bike is always ready sooner than when the staff promises and repairs/maintenance are always done right the first time. My expectations are high, and the Okemos Trek team consistently exceeds them!

Small bike shop feel with staff that knows what they’re talking about. From the mechanical bike stuff to local rides and clubs, I was impressed. Happy to bring my trek mountain bike and non-trek road bike here for service.

Friendly and knowledgeable people at this store. We were looking for E-bikes and the team at the Okemos store helped us select the style and size that fit our ridding style. We ended up buying used bikes from private owners and the Okemos store helped us make sure that they were setup correctly and ready to ride.

The knowledge of the person in the showroom was awesome. They asked a lot of questions to understand what I needed and wanted to get. The bike I bought is perfect for me and the reviews I read in advance was right inline with what was being told when I was buying.
