I get good service with Trek bikes and have had five different bikes. That may not be as many as some. I just wish I had waited on my e bike instead of getting a first generation road bike and waited for the next generation. Since Trek has went with a different assist . They have service this one I have and have done well with the bike for me. I just would have like the newer set ups.

I went to Trek in OKC about a year ago because my wife and I decided we wanted to start riding bikes. After looking at a few options when we visited here and we were met with great enthusiasm. We had a lot of questions and everything was answered. So we bought 2 bikes and a Kuat bike rack and everything thing else we needed accessories and so on. I had the bikes serviced just recently and it was great also. I would recommend Trek OKC .

The bike and equipment are excellent but it’s the crew at the OKC store who made the experience exceptional. Way above and beyond helping to select the appropriate bike for my skill and ability, helping to assemble it and the accessories, and ensure I had what I needed to leave the store totally ready to go. Just excellent customer service and it is clear these guys know their stuff. Thanks!
