I went to Trek in OKC about a year ago because my wife and I decided we wanted to start riding bikes. After looking at a few options when we visited here and we were met with great enthusiasm. We had a lot of questions and everything was answered. So we bought 2 bikes and a Kuat bike rack and everything thing else we needed accessories and so on. I had the bikes serviced just recently and it was great also. I would recommend Trek OKC .

The bike and equipment are excellent but it’s the crew at the OKC store who made the experience exceptional. Way above and beyond helping to select the appropriate bike for my skill and ability, helping to assemble it and the accessories, and ensure I had what I needed to leave the store totally ready to go. Just excellent customer service and it is clear these guys know their stuff. Thanks!

Ryan is the perfect person to be store manager, and Mike & Eduardo are highly skilled bike mechanics. I would recommend your store to anyone...and in fact I've done that twice this week! I had a Trek bike for at least 15 years and loved it. We were living in Arizona and would do 20+ mile rides in Scottsdale several times a month. We moved back to Oklahoma and bicycling and hiking (we were avid hikers, also) is definitely seasonal. The problem is that at our age it’s use it consistently or lose it, so getting back in shape once winter and spring storms are over is arduous. Due to that my husband wanted to get e-bikes. I was very resistant but eventually I agreed. I hated to see my old Trek be sold. Sadly the e-bike was a disaster for me. It would surge almost instantly to 30 miles an hour. I’ve never had great reflexes and I was hurt twice, one of which required physical therapy. My son and his wife (extreme bikers, both) tried riding it and said even they had problems. They suggested we check Trek e-bikes. I didn’t know Trek made them! We went to our local Trek store where they encouraged me to test them out. Our salesman Evan was so helpful and patient. Trek e-bikes are so much better and safer than my previous bike. I bought the Townie-Go and love it. There’s no sudden surging and it’s easy to turn on and off so I can only use it on hills. I’m a happy biker again!

This shop is amazing. It’s easy to walk around and see the bikes and accessories . I was helped as soon as I came in, found the bike I wanted and added a few accessories, and was on my way. Will definitely go back when the need arises.

I called and talked to Ryan. I needed one tire to match the good one on my bike, the one I needed was discontinued. He told me they had some that might be close to what I wanted. So I went to the store and Ryan fixed me up. Thanks for the good service, I will be back
