After my go to bike shop closed in downtown Olympia, I was pretty nervous about finding the right shop to handle my biking needs. I chose Trek Bicycle Olympia West twice now in the past 6-months and I am 100 percent satisfied and happy with them and their service. I have brought two bikes in for repair and tune-ups and I was overwhelmingly impressed with the professional staff and quality of service. I also found their prices reasonable. This is my now my go to bike shop! I'm looking forward to buying an ebike from them in the near future.

Great customer service. I went in to get a derailleur problem fixed, technician was able to diagnose the problem fast and efficiently, told me my options and installed a new one within a hour. I would highly recommend their service department.
