John and crew fitted me with a complete setup to ride the Pacific Coast highway >1,000 miles. I came in naive and inexperienced , not even owning a bike. I have returned multiple times with questions and needed help on a host of topics plus equipment adjustments. They always helped me with friendly support, education and experienced training. John went beyond and sent me training videos for my specific needs and questions. They explored navigation sites and found what worked best for my needs. They stopped what they were doing when I came in every time and really took care of me long after the bike was bought.

I love the Verve line up. And, the Verve +1 LS I just bought is excellent. I was able to hit the hills in town with ease, while still getting an excellent cardio workout ride. Trek customer service has also been top notch over the past ten years I've bought Trek products.

I liked everything it is like going back to the 80' John was so fun to work with went. Putting the grand kids bikes together and making sure they were ready to pick up two days before Christmas. Thank you for having someone like him running the shop. I am complete. Confidence was very comfortable knowing that he said he'd have them ready and they were thank you very much.

Outstanding customer service, very friendly and helpful. I had a warranty issue and they did an outstanding job handling it, Also 10 stars to Trek bicycle corporation on taking care of my request, I could not be happier, I have been riding Trek road bikes for 33 years and their customer service and warranty and bicycles are unbeatable.
