Knowledgeable and friendly service with a personal touch. Wide range of good products. Expedient bike service when required. Like any trek shop, it’s way too immaculate, but this shop seemed to take the sting out of typical sterile environment that makes a visitor not want to touch anything. I was provided with all the incentive and help I needed to make my purchase.

Amazing service helping us with our e-bikes. They let us come in immediately and figure out the problem. Was that the rotors for bed 20 minutes in and out … super appreciate your help.

Tech was very understanding of my lack of knowledge of the problem. Gave me a brake separater so that when I store my bike without the wheel the brake pads will stay aligned.

We had an excellent in-store experience. We were ready to purchase our first e-bike, but didn’t know a lot about the category of bike we were looking at. Carina took the time to answer all our questions and find any additional information we wanted to know about the bike. When we returned the next day, the gentleman who was working (sorry I didn’t get your name!) was just as considerate and helpful. He took care of all the details easily and efficiently, and wasn’t bothered at all by my little one putting safety cones around the store while we finalized the purchase. He even held the final items for us since we rode the bike right out of the shop. He took the time to walk me through the basics so I felt confident loading my two kids onto this amazing ride, and off we went. When we returned the third day to pick up our waiting items, the whole staff was excited and enthusiastic for us. I wish I would be in the market for a bike regularly, because I’d do business at this store happily!
