Excellent top not service…we are so pleased with the work done on our 2 Rad E bikes… they ride so smooth and shifts & brakes are perfect! Technician welcomed us and gave us a breakdown & estimate on cost of repairs.. great communication & follow up.. clean store & well stocked. Awesome friendly service !! We traveled 2 hours to have our bikes worked on.. Will be back & recommending this shop to friends&family! Again thanks Jeff&Sherrill Bollen!!

everybody I've met in Trek stores (West and East Olympia) have been friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I'm a casual bicyclist and am put off by snobby bicycle experts. I haven't met anyone like that at the Trek stores - everyone seems happy to meet me where I am.
