everybody I've met in Trek stores (West and East Olympia) have been friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I'm a casual bicyclist and am put off by snobby bicycle experts. I haven't met anyone like that at the Trek stores - everyone seems happy to meet me where I am.

Trek Bicycle Olympia West is the best bike shop around. Everyone there is so kind, knowledgeable, and hardworking. The prices are extremely reasonable and multiple times the bike mechanics have helped me fix something for free and tell me that I didn't need a full tune. I trust these guys with everything bike related and I won't ever be going anywhere else.
